7. • Each new member will be emailed, and once they
approve they will be added to the roster!
• New members can also add themselves by going to
the Club Link page and clicking “Join Organization”

8. • Even though a member may be added to your roster,
they may not appear on your public roster
• For them to appear, they must change their own
privacy settings by signing into their Link page,
clicking “setting”, “privacy settings”, and then
“Organization Roster Settings”
• E-board members may view their entire roster and E-
Board by going to the organization page, and clicking
“roster” then “manage roster”
