To get copies made for your club through the EAF process, you need to pick up a blue form from the Club Center, fill it out with your contact info and indicating payment through the Hub. You also need to attach a copy of the item and how many copies you want. Once submitted, the Financial Office will place the order with the Hub. You then need to pick up the receipt from your club mailbox and take it to the Hub to get your copies, which you can then post yourself or request distribution.

2.  Pick up the blue EAF form from the Club Center
 In addition to filling in your contact info, you must
also check the “Hub” box under “Method of
Payment/Transaction Needed”
 Attach a copy of the item, and indicate how many
copies you would like (200 free per club per year)

3.  Once you have submitted the EAF form and copy,
the Financial Office will place the order to the HUB
 After the Financial Office places the order, you
must pick up the receipt from your club mailbox
and bring it to the HUB
 The HUB will contact you as soon as your copies
are ready!
