2.Anything above $40 will be only matched at $40
3.THERE ARE TO BE NO CLUB DUES ON ROAR DAY
4.Clubs cannot take out money from club budget account for ROAR Day
5.Matching will be seen next academic year – gift is received automatically

6. Event Registration
Planning in Advance
 Registering Events MORE than a day/two before
 It takes multiple days and discussions for all service providers
to prepare for and sign off on an event. We publish a two
week lead time, and though I know it may not always be
realistic
 BUT FIRST: Reserve your room!

7. Art Requests
Description of requested artwork needs to be written
out and well-defined so that our artists understand
what is expected of them.
