2. • Go to the Club Center! Once there, you will find
BLUE EAF forms for your club!
• You must pick up 1 EAF for every event you wish
to use clubs funds for!
• Before an EAF submission, you must have
submitted an EVR for the event you wish to use
club funds for
• The EAF can only be filled out by a financially-
certified member of your club
3. • You must fill out every
section of the EAF,
except areas noted “For
Office Use Only”
• Your club’s advisor
must sign and date the
EAF before you submit
the form
• Be mindful of taxes, as
RIT is tax-free!
4. • You may submit your EAF by bringing the
physical copy to the front desk at the Club
Center
• Once submitted, you will be able to
request a Visa card or reimbursement
through your Financial Officer in the Club
