with almost all aspects of works related to Out side Plan (OSP) construction.
Achievements:
 Played a key role in ensuring the successful concreting of tower foundations
 line survey, lay-out, and stub settings
 Supervising concrete works and concrete sampling
 Procurement of aggregates, cement and rebars
 Quality control over materials used at site and the workmanship
 Negotiating for securing access roads to site including settlement of compensation
 Supported the tower erection and stringing teams
 on-site technical support to the gangs during erection works
 coordination with multiple gangs present at site – planning, deployment and
monitoring
 arranging for their logistics and supplies.

 Verification of quantity andallocation of materials for release based on construction

 Loading/unloading of materials by marshalling manpower and heavy machinery
 Handleddismantling works from retiring, delivery of retiredmaterials to designated location to
closing out by arranging necessary documentation after reconciliation.
