current systems on site such as (lighting, power, panels, grounding, lightning,
fire alarm, access control, public address, IP telephone, voice & data system,
application servers, CCTV, intercom system, interrogation system, identification
system, road blocker, arm barriers, sliding gates, metal detectors, UPS,
Generators, ATS, Pumps’ control panels, Air handling units’ control panels, and
master antenna TV system).
Planning and managing activities in terms of materials and manpower in order
to achieve the target dates. Review and approve subcontractor invoices/claims
according to actual productivity and contract terms.
Preparing as built and red line drawings and submit to the consultant for approval.
Preparing SOL invoices as per actual quantities executed and following
those invoices with all the concerned persons until approval.
Interfacing between SOL, STC, SCECO and other governmental
municipalities for any connections required.
Submitting information requests to consultant engineers for solving any
