                 •   Reported directly to the Project Manager with a dual role as EEOC Manager.
                 •   Transformed the project office into an efficient machine which recruited personnel, handled HR
                     issues, administered payroll / purchasing / AR / AP, and contracted with over a hundred vendors.
                 •   Initially reduced high cost of thefts by enacting measure to identify source and access.
