hard and soft services, to multiple properties (electric and gas distribution sites)
throughout the South/South East region of the UK.

Facilities Maintenance Contract and Property Manager
Accountable for managing the delivery of the FM contract for both hard and
soft services, and day to day management of the offices to multiple corporate
sites throughout the UK. Responsible for delivering and project management of
office refurbishments, including the management of the end to end relocations
process.
Responsibilities:
Manage all contractually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all Hard and Soft services.
Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and
reactive works are completed satisfactorily.
Develop and manage relationships with direct facilities staff.
Procurement and provision of facilities services throughout the portfolio.
Preparation and management of Opex/Capex budgets and variable cost
submissions, producing monthly reports on targets and variances.
Analyse monthly reports for the OFM contracts, to include financials,
performance to agreed contract parameters, and the reporting of
significant trends and key issues.
Management of all planned or reactive capital works either through the
OFM Company or other selected third party contractors.
Lead and manage all building compliance requirements for the office
sites, relevant to Health and Safety legislation.
