District training concerning the 3 top district and the 3 top campus goals will be scheduled for the Instructional Technology Specialist
(ITS). Each ITS will attend professional development training led by the district technology coordinators to learn how to effectively
teach and implement these key goals. (Goals are to target the needed areas based on the STaR Chart. The STaR Chart showed how
the teachers feel the need for further modeling of the technology currently on campus as well as the need for consistency in the
implementation of the Technology TEKS for each grade level (Key areas 1 and 2 on the STaR Chart).
