What is it?
Clean eating is an
eating lifestyle based
on the goal to remove
all processed foods
from your diet. It
mostly consists of
eating fresh
vegetables and fruits,
whole grains, lean
proteins and organic
products. Clean eating
will give you more
healthier and
beautiful skin.

1.Count your meals - we
should divide the food
into 5-6 meals per day : 3
main meals and 2-3
snack times.
2.Eat lean protein - All meals
should consist of lean
food such as chicken,
fish, and beans.
3.Eat fruit and veggie - A lot of
fruits and vegetables
have nutrient and vitamin
that the body needs,
especially vitamin C.
4.Avoid processed and refined
foods - There are many
forbidden foods for
eating clean such as the
white flour, sugar and
bread.

1. Food processing such as Fruit
juices.
2. Canned foods such as
canned tuna or ham.
3. Fast foods such as Pizza,
Burger, Hot dog and French
Fries.
4. Snacks such as Potato
chips.
