Compare And Contrast Trump And Clinton
Trump and Clinton The candidates of the 2016 presidential election were an unlikely match. Donald
Trump, a wealthy businessman and Hillary Clinton, a former first lady were the choices America
had to pick from to vote in a new commander in chief. Trump and Clinton rose to political fame as
the 2016 election progressed and this is a comparison and contrast of their early lives, their political
beliefs, and their passion to improve the United States of America. Donald Trump's early life did not
give a hint of him ever becoming interested in politics. Trump was born into a wealthy family in
1946. He was raised in Queens, New York. Donald Trump was born to Mary Macleod and Frederick
C. Trump. He was the fourth born out of five children. Frederick ... Show more content on

Clinton was born in 1947. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She was raised in a
methodist church and was considered religious growing up. She was born to Dorothy Howell and
Hugh E. Rodham. Clinton was the first born of three children. Her father was in the United States
Navy and was an american businessman. Both of her parents saw how important it was to have a
career not limited by gender biases. Hillary's father entered politics once but did not win the small
election he was a candidate for. Clinton's father is said to have inspired her to follow her dreams and
become a political figure. Hillary Clinton was extremely serious about her education. She graduated
from Maine South High School in 1965 as a National Merit Finalist. She attended Wellesley College
and was very active in student government. In 1968, she was elected as the president of Wellesley
College Government Association. Clinton Graduated from Wellesley college in 1969. she took up
various jobs before finding herself at Yale Law School. She was awarded with a Juris Doctor degree
from Yale in 1973. Her political beliefs have shifted throughout her life. Her political background is
quite impressive. She was elected the president of Wellesley College Government Association. In
1974, she was appointed as a member of the impeachment inquiry staff in Washington, D.C. The

The Influence Of Donald Trump On Politics
Donald Trump is a household name and has been for some time. The media made it that way.
Figures in the media such as artists, political figures, and actors, sometimes pay for exposure
through, television and radio appearances. Donald Trump had received free exposure numerous
times for both entertainment and news. Trump began as a young rich cocky young man. As time
went on and Trump gained more powerful and influence that imaged changed. He became a figure
of authority as the leader of our country. Trump and the media have grown up together. Both
developed their opinions and personalities at the same time. The relationship started out as two
friends figuring out their way in the world until they both grew up and circumstances changed. Is ...

As Nicholas Kristof states, journalists' lack of fact checking and their dismissal of context, aided
Trump in his victory. His relationship with the media; however, has not changed. Trump continues
to distract with his ludicrous statements. For example, in his presidential announcement speech,
Trump stated, "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending
you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're
bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists.
And some, I assume, are good people." While the media covered Trump's bold statements, he
quietly assembled a few executive orders. The Business Insider writes that during his time in the
White House, Trump has made 38 executive orders. The Business Insider emphasizes that the
executive orders impact many Americans; therefore, Americans should know about them. Trump
had ordered for the rewrite of the waterways regulations (that were in place to protect our water
from coal), reinstated a ban on international abortion counseling, and put two pipelines in near the
Standing Rock Sioux reservation. Finally, Trump's most notable act as president, the travel ban. This
banned anyone arriving from seven Muslim–majority countries to America. Trump covered these
important stories with some of his own fiction. He mentioned Obama was

The Issue That Donald Trump And Hillary Clinton Disagree...

Part 1 The first issue that Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton disagree on is abortion. Let us take a
look at Mr. Trump's position on this topic. He is quoted as saying, "Public funding of abortion
providers is an insult to people of conscience at the least and an affront to good governance at best"
(Trump). He believes that "life is the most fundamental right." Donald Trump actively opposes
Planned Parenthood and disapproves of using government funds to pay for abortions. He is opposed
to abortion except for rape, incest, and in cases where the life of the mother may be compromised.
He would like to defund Planned Parenthood and make abortions illegal at 20 weeks unless the life
of the woman is in danger by signing into law the Pain–Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
Hillary Clinton's view of abortion differs immensely from that of Donald Trump. She has said that
as president, she'll stand up for Planned Parenthood and women's access to critical health services,
including safe, legal abortion. She believes that "government has no business in the decisions that
women make with their families in accordance with their faith and medical advice" (Lafrance).
Clinton advocates for partial birth abortion as well as late term abortion in an instance where the
pregnancy is threatening the life of the mother. She would like to implement taxpayer funding of
abortion and repeal the

The Myth Of Donald Trump: The Man
The man.The myth. The moneymaker,Donald Trump.Whether you know him from his hotels or as a
politician, he sure knows how to invest in his money. With his 4.5 billion dollar net worth, he is
pretty much untouchable, but like all of us he has his moments. As a kid trump has always been rich,
so it's no surprise that he is rich now. Nevertheless he still had to work to get where he is today. He
took over the company in 1980 from his dad. The company has been a family legacy for quite
sometime now.
Donald Trump's real estate company is off the charts. From Florida to Ireland you can go pretty
much anywhere and stay at a Trump hotel. With the rooms varying from 386 dollars to 1,035 dollars
Trump is guaranteed money. However Donald Trump doesn't stop at just being a billionaire he is

As president, he would like to touch on a couple of resolutions that he thinks could better in the
making and shifting America back into the great United States again. A big topic in the media is the
famous wall that Mexico is going to pay for. That is causing a stir, many riots are happening and
strong advocates are speaking out and saying it's wrong. Many people state that it's out of line to
make Mexico pay for the wall and also it's wrong to keep immigrants out of America! Trump is also
fighting for a couple of other reasons like gun control. Other candidates like Hillary Clinton think
guns should be banned. However that is breaking the 2nd amendment, which you are not allowed to

Donald Trump's Rhetorical Analysis
Donald Trump announces his candidacy by insulting Mexicans and calling for a ban on Muslims. He
went on to say that he would build this wall and MAKE Mexico pay for it. In his SO CALLED
outreach to African–Americans, he insulted the Black Community with his disrespectful rhetoric.
Trump didn't stop there. His bullying on twitter against women, a Gold Star Family, the FBI, and
people who don't agree with him had been relentless until his aides took away his twitter account the
last few days before election day. In his last debate with Hillary Clinton, he interrupted her by
calling her a "Nasty Woman", simply because she stated that he would pay more taxes under her
administration if he didn't find a way to get out of it. Trump thought because he was rich, arrogant,
and egotistical that he could get away with bullying and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Nasty Women Have Had It with Trump
Women already had a problem with Donald Trump, but his "NASTY WOMAN" comments only
exacerbated it. Over the years, he had called women pigs, fat, ugly, bimbo, and body shame them.
His bullying of former Miss America, Alicia Machado on twitter showed a lot of people that he
doesn't respect Women and is NOT fit to be President.
The final nail in Trumpism's coffin is when that Access Hollywood videotaped was leaked to the
Washington Post and twelve women came out to confirm that Trump had done exactly what he
bragged about doing to women.
Women from all walks of life have been outraged by Trump saying that because he was a celebrity
he could kiss women and grab them by the p*ssy without their permission. Both men and women
were appalled by his comments. Educated Republican and Independent Women have decided NOT
to vote for Trump because of his lack of respect for women and primarily he is "UNFIT" to be

The Theory Of Ethos Is Used Across Mrs. Trump
On November 3, 2016 in Berwyn, Pennsylvania our soon to be First Lady, Melania Trump, gave a
speech addressing her past along with her hopes for the future of the United States. Over the past
two years, political figures have been debating and campaigning for who would become America's
45th President. As the candidates filtered down to Hilary Clinton, the Democratic nominee, and
Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, the amount of rallies held to gain their supporters' votes
grew in abundance. Days prior to the Election Night, Melania Trump delivered her speech in hopes
of gaining the votes of citizens who had not yet decided. Throughout this paper I will discus how the
theory of ethos is used across Mrs. Trump's speech to work for and against her. Dressed in a tight
white pencil skirt and pink designer blouse, Melania walked across the stage to take her position
behind the podium. Standing in front of a blue curtain and splitting six American flags, Mrs. Trump
began her 15 minute speech. Throughout her address at the Trump Rally, Melania spoke about her
husband's views and goal for the future of America, her childhood and the process of becoming an
American Citizen, as well as what type of future her and her husband envision. The overlying
purpose of this speech was to dampen the harsh view on her husband, Donald Trump, and encourage
the idea of positive change in America through compassion and charitable work. Having the ability

Ivanka Trump Persuasive Speech
(Insert Creative Title ;) )
Many people may believe the First Daughter, Ivanka Trump, is just the rich daughter of the
president. However, she is much more than what society wants to think of her. Over the last 2 years,
Ivanka Trump has risen to become a strong advocate for Women's Rights and education. Ivanka
Trump is the most influential activist of female empowerment of the gender gap, proper education,
and STEM careers. What makes Ivanka Trump stand apart is her willingness to make ideas happen.
Our society needs more activists like her.
Today, women all over the world are separated by a gender gap that affects making the same wages
as men. According to a study done by the American Association of University Women, "Women
working full time in the United States typically were paid just 80 percent of what men were paid, a
gap of 20 percent" (Miller, Kevin). Ivanka Trump has proven her strong support for shattering the
pay gap. The pay gap has been closing since 1970. It has been estimated to take another "170 years
to close the gap which is unacceptable" (Shelbourne, Mallory) according to Ivanka Trump and
World Bank President Jim Yong Kim. ""Single women without children earn 94 cents for each
dollar earned by a man, whereas married mothers earned only 77 cents. Gender is no longer a factor
in creating the greatest wage discrepancy in this country. Motherhood is. We are working to change
labor laws were put into place when women were not a significant portion of the workforce. (Ivanka
Trump)" (Shelbourne, Mallory)" Ivanka Trump is a big influencer to powerful people in the world.
She has spoken with world leaders like Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, and Chancellor of
Germany Angela Merkel about the gender pay gap. Talking to world leaders at a Women 20 Summit
in Germany, Ivanka praised Chancellor Merkel for passing a transparent paid leave legislation in
Germany. She said, "The United States will look to Germany for legislation that will benefit families
on paid leave." (Abramson, Alana) Ivanka also talked about the uniqueness of women in the
workplace. Proper legislation will help support working women all over the world support their
families.

I Am A Minority Latina Woman
The Presidential election has one common question we all ask, at one time or another, why vote? I'm
a minority Latina woman currently in college searching for answers. The great philosopher Galilei
once said "All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them."
– Galileo Galilei (1632).
The first steps I took, to find the answer to this question and many more were: I started reading on
both parties running for president, I watched presidential debates, listened to media reports looking
for the answers to my questions. Donald J. Trump and Hilary Clinton, Should I believe what is being
said about these two political parties? What qualifies them to be our next president, why should I
vote for either one of them, what plans do they have while running our country? Where do they
stand regarding the economy, health care, education? Position on current laws affecting us currently,
or in the future? What would be the consequences, if either one became president? These are the
answers and facts, I found through my research.
Brief backgrounds on both candidates: Hillary Clinton was born October 26, 1947 in the city of
Chicago, IL. Religion is Methodist, married to former president Bill Clinton, Mother of one
daughter Chelsea Clinton. Affiliation Democratic Party, experience former Secretary of State sworn

Rhetorical Analysis Of Trump 's Campaign Announcement
With the 2016 Presidential Election roughly a year away, all eyes and ears are turned towards the
candidates, one in particular being Republican Donald Trump. In Trump's Campaign
Announcement, not only did he generalize and insult a country, but he also fed the U.S. public
misleading information.
Trump begins his speech by rallying the public using "we" as a constant reminder of our universal
bond of being U.S. citizens. By using a group mentality, Trump is able to successfully use ethos to
invoke a response for the "group" – the United States citizens. In order for Trump to gain the
public's approval, he must first make everyone feel connected with him. For instance, in one of
Trump's opening lines, he attempts to create a crowd frame of mind by saying, "Our country is in
serious trouble. We don't have victories anymore. We used to have victories, but we don't have
them" (Donald Trump Transcript: 'Our Country Needs a Truly Great Leader). The individuals who
wrote the speech for Trump did not say "we" and "our" by accident, their purpose was to persuade
the public how Donald Trump – the multi–millionaire business tycoon– can be relatable to anyone
in the crowd.
Donald Trump then began to walk on a tightrope when addressing immigrants from Mexico. In his
speech, Trump begins to test waters about immigrants from Mexico by claiming, "They're sending
people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing
drugs. They're bringing

Donald Trump's Influence On Body Image
Trumpocalypse, a reference to the world after Donald Trump becomes president, is now also a video
game, song, hashtag, book, and the topic of many articles. Indeed, the #NeverTrump and
#Trumpocalypse movements are among the social media efforts opposing the election of Trump as
the President of the United States. These movements are based on the unsuitability of Trump, which
he has repeatedly demonstrated in debates and interviews, as well as on his own social media.
Although many people oppose Trump because of political party affiliation, his character, actions,
and plans should discourage support regardless of party affiliation. As a candidate for the United
States presidency, Donald Trump exemplifies a lack of diplomacy and disregard for ... Show more

Trump has not demonstrated an understanding of national and international concepts, such as the
Geneva Convention. He has claimed that, should he be elected, the military will begin targeting the
families of terrorists. In addition, the use of torture to interrogate criminals will be supported,
including the return of waterboarding. Both proposals are violations of the Geneva Convention,
which has been explained to him with no effect. Not only should these severe lapses of judgement
be alarming, but Trump's lack of diplomacy has insulted at least 217 different people, objects, and
places, including foreign nations, as shown in the list compiled by Jasmine Lee and Kevin Quealy of
the New York Times. His degradations are sometimes attempts to limit the speech of the targeted
party as revenge, such as spreading rumors that Forbes, the National Review, the New York Times,
and the Wall Street Journal are "failing," "dying," written by "really bad people" who "knowingly
print lies," and even, in the case of the Wall Street Journal, "bad at math" (Lee and Quealy) after
uncomplimentary articles were written. On a wider scale, Trump's allegations against countries such
as Britain, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico could damage international relations, particularly the plan to
build a much larger wall on the U.S.–Mexico border and "compel Mexico to pay for the wall"
(Make America Great Again!). Marco Rubio, who was also a Republican candidate, explained why
Trump's inconsideration has short–term success but long–term problems: "A lot of people find
appeal in the things Donald says [because] he says what people wish they could say. The problem is,
presidents can't just say anything they want. It has consequences, here and around the world"
(CNN). Although many people do not support

Why Is Donald Trump Controversial
The election of Donald Trump has been very controversial. People have very different views on
Trump being president. Some American's think positively of him and some people think negatively
of him. Despite what you think about Donald Trump, his presidency is going to impact your life in
some way. Donald Trump's policies are going to impact my life because of his immigration stance,
his tax proposals, and his view on gun laws.
Donald Trump's immigration stance is going to negatively impact the lives of my friends. Trump
plans to build a border wall and deport all illegal aliens. This will impact some of my friends
because members of their family could get deported. It was stated that, "the Republican has stood by
his call to build an impenetrable wall along the 2,000–plus–mile US–Mexico border" (bbc.com.)
Donald Trump plans to deport 11 million illegal aliens from the United States. Critics call his plan,
"unaffordable and unrealistic" (bbc.com), but he refuses to drop his stance.
Donald Trump's tax proposals are going to positively impact the lives of my family. Trump plans to
reduce the number of tax brackets for working, middle class American citizens. Donald Trump's
plans include, "reducing the number of tax brackets from seven to three, cutting corporate taxes,

Should Abortion Be Legalized?
Ever since America has been a stable, governed country, Democrats and Republicans have always
had different viewpoints. This upcoming election presidential candidates do not have the same
views on current issues. I will be discussing three main views that each candidate believes and why
they do not agree with one another. I also will choose a candidate views I agree with and why. The
three most popular issues that the politicians do not agree on is abortion, taxes, and immigration.
Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton do not agree with one another on any of these. The first
candidate, Donald Trump, wants to ban abortions at some point in pregnancy with exceptions for
rape, incest, or life of the mother. He also wants to tax individuals differently depending on their
income, and ship all illegal immigrants back and build a huge wall to prevent illegal crossing.
Hillary's view is that abortion should remain legal but rare, the rich should be taxed more and
middle and poor class should be taxed little to nothing. Also, she wants to get full and equal
citizenship for all immigrants in the United States. In current embattled elections, it is important that
voters understand the issues and their candidate's viewpoint. Though it is only two presidential
candidates left, only one of them can earn my vote. My vote will depend upon the candidate that

Tv Advertisement : A Way Of Reaching People Since The 1920s
TRUMPing the Competition
TV advertisement has been a way of reaching people since the 1920s. Today is no different as
Donald Trump reaches out in multi–medias to try and gain support for his presidential campaign this
year. Trumps first advertisement is titled "Motherhood", and rightfully so. It talks about what he
plans to do to help mothers further their careers, while raising children. In this ad his daughter,
Ivanka Trump (who has two kids of her own) is the spokesperson. "Epic", the second advertisement,
is clips of news casts, interviews, rallies, and campaigns pieced together to promote the image and
the mass support of Donald Trump. This advertisement was made earlier in the race and has a very
broad over view of what policies he is planning to use to "Make America Great Again". While both
advertisements shed light on the candidate's campaign and his future policies, the "Motherhood ad
focuses on the future of American mothers and building new opportunities for them, so they aren't
limited to being housewives, and the Epic ad is geared towards his policy of immigration, and
mostly his triumph of gaining supporters across the country.
In "Motherhood," a thirty second policy ad on the hardships of women in society, Trump's daughter
Ivanka Trump speaks to the plans of aiding women's future in education and healthcare. The ad

Analysis Of The Book ' 1984 ' By George Orwell
In the book "1984," written by George Orwell, there is a character that is known as Big Brother. He
is a man who could be known as a Demagogue. The reason for this is due to the fact that he was able
to rise to such power where he is capable of changing the past. The way he is now, in the story,
shows that he didn't use rational argument to rise to power, but chose to appeal to the majority group
of people through desires and prejudice. Donald Trump is an example of a Demagogue and of Big
Brother. Donald Trump is currently running for president and he is getting many supporters who
agree with his propositions. However, these supporters are with him due to the fact that he appeals
to their desires and prejudice. There has not been a moment where he speaks kindly of other races.
Trump is simply throwing out ideas that he feels are accurate when in truth they are entirely one
sided. His concept involves murder by bombing and hunting people who, to him, are the cause of
many problems such as crimes and drugs.
Big Brother is the leader of the world and is loved by everyone except one person known as
Winston. Winston does everything he can to find out about the true past, which was erased and
changed into what Big Brother said the past was like. Eventually Winston gets captured and is
tortured to the point where he is forced into loving Big Brother. Big Brother is seen as a man who
forces his ideas onto other people. He changes things into what he wants them to be. Big Brother

structure and growth of the country. Trump is a man who is a big talker and is an egotistic individual
who is now viewed as the most important politician in the world. He will place our democracy at
future risks and conceivable in danger with his policies of building a wall along the Mexican border,
denying the entering of Muslims, and the policy of strictly benefiting families of higher income. Not

He arranges to place restriction on Muslims immigrating the country in order to control terrorism.
The underlying question is, how will the dividing of Mexico and deportation of Muslims going to
create a better workforce when a wide majority of the population is going to be sent out of the
country? We will be losing a significant amount of the population that contributes to our workforce
industry and keep the country going. With the policies Trump has created, he seems as if he is highly
confident to "Make America Great Again". By euphemism of his wish to "Make America Great
Again" will only connote the idea of modifying the United States solely into whiteness and
heterosexuals. His idea of a country consists of people meeting his expectations and clearly favoring
the white supremacy. If Trump continues to holds such restrictions and racism, this will only
generate a divide in our nation and can conceivably lead to the dangers of a civil war. It will
conceivably construct fear into citizens of what the future may hold for themselves and their
families. Another major atrophy of Trump's policy is the idea of benefitting families who are in the
higher income range. But, the issue of this policy is only those in top one percent will

Donald Trump's Arguments During The Vietnam War
Donald Trump has criticized many before. Last year, Trump denounced Senator John McCain who
was a prisoner in the Vietnam War. But, all of his criticisms were usually aimed at politicians. This
time, Trump took his bullying a step forward by attacking Khizr and Ghazala Khan, parents of a
solider who died in battle. The Khan family has the sympathy of Americans, making Trump look
unpatriotic. At the Democratic National Convention, Khizr Khan delivered a powerful speech
attacking Trump's immigration policy. Khan argued that Trump's proposed plan of temporarily
banning Muslims would have prevented his family from entering the United States. Khan allegated
that Trump "sacrificed nothing and no one". He also questioned if Trump has read the Constitution,
saying that there should be liberty and equality. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Trump says that he made many sacrifices by creating jobs and using his resources. Trump even goes
as far to say that he'd "like to hear his wife say something". Later, Ghazala Khan said that she did
not say anything because she did not want to break down crying. As a result of his responses to
Khizr Khan, Trump has been under fire. Both Democrats and Republicans are attacking Trump and
his poll numbers are falling. In a Fox News poll, Clinton was winning 12 percent of Republicans
compared to Trump's 5 percent of Democrats. The brawl between Trump and Khan blew up on
Twitter, creating a hashtag: #TrumpSacrifices. People on Twitter sarcastically said they had made

Melania Trump Case Study
During the one on one interview of Melania Trump that was hosted by Anderson Cooper; which
aired on CNN "Anderson Cooper 360" October 17, 2016, was thought–provoking. One reason being
her husband, Donald Trump has been openly critical of CNN's coverage, referring to it as "Clinton
News Network". Many viewers were surprised that Melania decided to give CNN this interview so
quickly after her husband recorded tapes of him sexualizing women were leaked. The host and
interviewer Anderson Cooper is a television host, author and journalist. He is best known for being
the primary anchor of the CNN news show Anderson Cooper 360°. Melania Trump is a Slovene
American former model, and wife of Donald Trump.
The interview itself came off as somewhat uncomfortable and slightly hard to understand Melania at
times. What I initially noticed was that they were both sitting a good length away from each other.
Each of them sitting with shoulders pushed back and sitting straight while giving one another direct
eye contact. Melania has a thick accent, which can sometimes cause miscommunication with the ...

occasionally unfold his legs and use his hands when he started to ask another question. He did,
however, keep them above his knee, but below his collarbone, any higher he may have
unintentionally come off as agitated. This type of body language let me know he was either trying to

Argumentative Essay: If Trump Won The Presidential Election
Following Hillary Clinton's arrest earlier this week on March 16, 2016, citizens all over America
came to realize that Trump will most likely win the Presidential Election. As the leading Democratic
candidate, Clinton posed the largest threat to Trump, the leading Republican candidate, and now that
Clinton has been jailed for threatening the safety of our country, Trump is now the leading candidate
left in the election.
With the now probable presidency of Trump, Democrats from northeastern states, which include
New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan, and states near the west coast, which include
California, Oregon, and Washington, are very discontented with the fact that Trump may become
our 45th president of the United States. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There are many different Twitter users that began the tweet trend of, "If Trump wins, I'm moving to
Canada". There was even a Twitter user that jokingly tweeted, "If Trump wins, I'm moving out of
the country to Hawaii", well at least everyone hoped that the tweet was meant to be a joke; Hawaii
may seem isolated from America, but it is definitely one of the fifty states that makes up the country.
But now Trump is likely to actually win the election, and people are following through with their
earlier jokes. A large majority of our country is troubled by the thought of Trump becoming
president, but there are over ten thousand people who have acted on their discontent and have
already begun to move out of the country. Reports have shared that Google searches "How can I
move to Canada?" have spiked and it seems as if there are even more citizens planning on leaving
the country just as thousands already have.

Who Are Donald Trump's Competitors
Donald Trump has always had to deal with competition. He was one of five children born to Mary
Anne and Fred Trump and seems to have had no problem standing out among his siblings. I guess
that was a sign of things to come. Unlike many privileged children who end up wasting their lives
and fortunes, Donald took the advantage of being born to well off parents and and ran with it. Trump
became a very rich and very public figure in the 1980s. By the 1990s he was already a legendary
figure in New York City, a town of legendary figures. In the first decade of the 2000s the Donald

What Makes Donald Trump A Good President
There's a reason we don't let brand new pilots in the left seat of passenger jets. They might look like
they know how to fly, but really they only know how to crash. And there's a reason that if Donald
Trump is elected president, he will destroy America's foundation.
The Ig Nobel Prize is given to those who make earth–shattering observations which on their face are
hilariously funny, but deeply true just the same. Justin Kruger and David Dunning won theirs in

incompetence lead to inflated self–assessements." The entire paper can be summed up with this one

It doesn't matter if his term is marked with peerless efficiency or (more likely) unsurpassed
fecklessness. He doesn't know enough about ends and means to know how incompetent he is at
both. Village Voice reporter Wayne Barrett wrote this about Trump in 1979:
Trump's problem is not so much what he's done, but how he's done it. I decided at the start that I
wanted to profile him by describing his deals – not his lifestyle or his personality. After getting to
know him, I realized that his deals are his life. He once told me: "I won't make a deal just to make a
profit. It has to have flair." Another Manhattan developer said it differently: "Trump won't do a deal
unless there's something extra – a kind of moral larceny – in it. He's not satisfied with a profit. He
has to take something more. Otherwise, there's no thrill."
The presidency is Trump's ultimate deal. Politics has run in the Trump family for a century.

Donald Trump Persuasive Essay
Donald Trump does not deserve to represent our country as president. His harsh comments he has
said can sometimes be seen as racial comments. He thinks that what he says is fair because of how
bad our country is at the moment and he wants us to open our eyes to all that is happening. Donald
Trump is one to say things that most of the time come off as a rude and racist comments to those
listening to what he has to say. A few of those times he has false claims about things he really
doesn't know the full story of. He said, "I watched in Jersey City, New Jersey, where thousands and
thousands of people were cheering as that building was coming down"(Trump, 2015). There just so
happened to be a large Arab population in Jersey City, New Jersey and they watched as the World
Trade Center came down on 9/11. A lieutenant said, ". . .there are no indicators that this ever
happened"(Hertling, 2015). What lieutenant General Mark Hertling said that his statements were
false and that they were not helpful to the commanders on the ground. The worst part about Donald
Trump's false claims is that his supporters actually stand by him and say that what he "saw" was

The disengagement in family time with one another is due to personal and political autonomy in
Donald Trump. Donald Trump is what you call a self– governing agent; in which an autonomous
agent can do something wrong with out being the blame behind their consequences. His family love

got older, fixing each and every house he has lived in where he got stationed. To start, my dad would

Persuasive Essay On Donald Trump
Donald Trump was supposed to be the guy who would fix everything in Washington, but after two
months in office he's proving to be a terrible leader.
Trump was never very popular, but he got high marks for his leadership. Now that's fading. In
November just after the election, 56% of Americans thought he was a good leader – now it's fallen
to just 40%.
After two months, here's what we know: He's not going to fix everything. He's not going to drain the
swamp. He's not going to make America great again. He's not going to unite all Americans. He's not
going to replace Obamacare with something "terrific." He's not going to bring back the
manufacturing jobs or the American dream. He won't make America respected around the world. He
won't make us safer.
Why not? Because Trump isn't the strong leader he pretends to be. Even if he believed in all the
things he promised and wanted to accomplish them, he would fail because he doesn't understand
how to govern.
Trump is a failure because he ignored Ronald Reagan's most important lesson about leadership:
"There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit."
Trump is still a great campaigner, no doubt. He can work a crowd like few others can.
But working the levers of policy, administration, legislation and diplomacy is beyond him. His
whole career, he was the boss of an organization that he controlled 100%, but governing in a
democracy isn't like that. Democracy is about compromise, about

Compare And Contrast Trump And Clinton

  • 1. Compare And Contrast Trump And Clinton Trump and Clinton The candidates of the 2016 presidential election were an unlikely match. Donald Trump, a wealthy businessman and Hillary Clinton, a former first lady were the choices America had to pick from to vote in a new commander in chief. Trump and Clinton rose to political fame as the 2016 election progressed and this is a comparison and contrast of their early lives, their political beliefs, and their passion to improve the United States of America. Donald Trump's early life did not give a hint of him ever becoming interested in politics. Trump was born into a wealthy family in 1946. He was raised in Queens, New York. Donald Trump was born to Mary Macleod and Frederick C. Trump. He was the fourth born out of five children. Frederick ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Clinton was born in 1947. Clinton was the first born of three children. Her father was in the United States Navy and was an american businessman. Both of her parents saw how important it was to have a career not limited by gender biases. Hillary's father entered politics once but did not win the small election he was a candidate for. Clinton's father is said to have inspired her to follow her dreams and become a political figure. Hillary Clinton was extremely serious about her education. She graduated from Maine South High School in 1965 as a National Merit Finalist. She attended Wellesley College and was very active in student government. In 1968, she was elected as the president of Wellesley College Government Association. Clinton Graduated from Wellesley college in 1969. she took up various jobs before finding herself at Yale Law School. She was awarded with a Juris Doctor degree from Yale in 1973. • 3. The Influence Of Donald Trump On Politics Donald Trump is a household name and has been for some time. The media made it that way. Figures in the media such as artists, political figures, and actors, sometimes pay for exposure through, television and radio appearances. Donald Trump had received free exposure numerous times for both entertainment and news. Trump began as a young rich cocky young man. As time went on and Trump gained more powerful and influence that imaged changed. He became a figure of authority as the leader of our country. Trump and the media have grown up together. Both developed their opinions and personalities at the same time. The relationship started out as two friends figuring out their way in the world until they both grew up and circumstances changed. Is ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As Nicholas Kristof states, journalists' lack of fact checking and their dismissal of context, aided Trump in his victory. His relationship with the media; however, has not changed. Trump continues to distract with his ludicrous statements. For example, in his presidential announcement speech, Trump stated, "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people." While the media covered Trump's bold statements, he quietly assembled a few executive orders. The Business Insider writes that during his time in the White House, Trump has made 38 executive orders. The Business Insider emphasizes that the executive orders impact many Americans; therefore, Americans should know about them. Trump had ordered for the rewrite of the waterways regulations (that were in place to protect our water from coal), reinstated a ban on international abortion counseling, and put two pipelines in near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation. Finally, Trump's most notable act as president, the travel ban. This banned anyone arriving from seven Muslim–majority countries to America. • 5. The Issue That Donald Trump And Hillary Clinton Disagree... Jessica Oglesbee CFL 1513 / AFG 1113 Professor Mullen / Professor Rodin November 3, 2016 Part 1 The first issue that Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton disagree on is abortion. Let us take a look at Mr. Trump's position on this topic. He is quoted as saying, "Public funding of abortion providers is an insult to people of conscience at the least and an affront to good governance at best" (Trump). He believes that "life is the most fundamental right." Donald Trump actively opposes Planned Parenthood and disapproves of using government funds to pay for abortions. He is opposed to abortion except for rape, incest, and in cases where the life of the mother may be compromised. He would like to defund Planned Parenthood and make abortions illegal at 20 weeks unless the life of the woman is in danger by signing into law the Pain–Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. Hillary Clinton's view of abortion differs immensely from that of Donald Trump. She has said that as president, she'll stand up for Planned Parenthood and women's access to critical health services, including safe, legal abortion. She believes that "government has no business in the decisions that women make with their families in accordance with their faith and medical advice" (Lafrance). Clinton advocates for partial birth abortion as well as late term abortion in an instance where the pregnancy is threatening the life of the mother. She would like to implement taxpayer funding of abortion and repeal the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

With his 4.5 billion dollar net worth, he is pretty much untouchable, but like all of us he has his moments. As a kid trump has always been rich, so it's no surprise that he is rich now. Nevertheless he still had to work to get where he is today. He took over the company in 1980 from his dad. The company has been a family legacy for quite sometime now. Donald Trump's real estate company is off the charts. From Florida to Ireland you can go pretty much anywhere and stay at a Trump hotel. With the rooms varying from 386 dollars to 1,035 dollars Trump is guaranteed money. However Donald Trump doesn't stop at just being a billionaire he is also a politician. ... Many people state that it's out of line to make Mexico pay for the wall and also it's wrong to keep immigrants out of America! Trump is also fighting for a couple of other reasons like gun control. • 9. Donald Trump's Rhetorical Analysis Donald Trump announces his candidacy by insulting Mexicans and calling for a ban on Muslims. He went on to say that he would build this wall and MAKE Mexico pay for it. In his SO CALLED outreach to African–Americans, he insulted the Black Community with his disrespectful rhetoric. Trump didn't stop there. His bullying on twitter against women, a Gold Star Family, the FBI, and people who don't agree with him had been relentless until his aides took away his twitter account the last few days before election day. In his last debate with Hillary Clinton, he interrupted her by calling her a "Nasty Woman", simply because she stated that he would pay more taxes under her administration if he didn't find a way to get out of it. Trump thought because he was rich, arrogant, and egotistical that he could get away with bullying and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Nasty Women Have Had It with Trump Women already had a problem with Donald Trump, but his "NASTY WOMAN" comments only exacerbated it. Over the years, he had called women pigs, fat, ugly, bimbo, and body shame them. The final nail in Trumpism's coffin is when that Access Hollywood videotaped was leaked to the Washington Post and twelve women came out to confirm that Trump had done exactly what he bragged about doing to women. Women from all walks of life have been outraged by Trump saying that because he was a celebrity he could kiss women and grab them by the p*ssy without their permission. • 11. The Theory Of Ethos Is Used Across Mrs. Trump On November 3, 2016 in Berwyn, Pennsylvania our soon to be First Lady, Melania Trump, gave a speech addressing her past along with her hopes for the future of the United States. Over the past two years, political figures have been debating and campaigning for who would become America's 45th President. As the candidates filtered down to Hilary Clinton, the Democratic nominee, and Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, the amount of rallies held to gain their supporters' votes grew in abundance. Days prior to the Election Night, Melania Trump delivered her speech in hopes of gaining the votes of citizens who had not yet decided. Throughout this paper I will discus how the theory of ethos is used across Mrs. Trump's speech to work for and against her. Dressed in a tight white pencil skirt and pink designer blouse, Melania walked across the stage to take her position behind the podium. Standing in front of a blue curtain and splitting six American flags, Mrs. Trump began her 15 minute speech. Throughout her address at the Trump Rally, Melania spoke about her husband's views and goal for the future of America, her childhood and the process of becoming an American Citizen, as well as what type of future her and her husband envision. The overlying purpose of this speech was to dampen the harsh view on her husband, Donald Trump, and encourage the idea of positive change in America through compassion and charitable work. • 13. Ivanka Trump Persuasive Speech (Insert Creative Title ;) ) Many people may believe the First Daughter, Ivanka Trump, is just the rich daughter of the president. However, she is much more than what society wants to think of her. Over the last 2 years, Ivanka Trump has risen to become a strong advocate for Women's Rights and education. Ivanka Trump is the most influential activist of female empowerment of the gender gap, proper education, and STEM careers. What makes Ivanka Trump stand apart is her willingness to make ideas happen. Our society needs more activists like her. Today, women all over the world are separated by a gender gap that affects making the same wages as men. According to a study done by the American Association of University Women, "Women working full time in the United States typically were paid just 80 percent of what men were paid, a gap of 20 percent" (Miller, Kevin). Ivanka Trump has proven her strong support for shattering the pay gap. The pay gap has been closing since 1970. It has been estimated to take another "170 years to close the gap which is unacceptable" (Shelbourne, Mallory) according to Ivanka Trump and World Bank President Jim Yong Kim. ""Single women without children earn 94 cents for each dollar earned by a man, whereas married mothers earned only 77 cents. Gender is no longer a factor in creating the greatest wage discrepancy in this country. Motherhood is. We are working to change labor laws were put into place when women were not a significant portion of the workforce. (Ivanka Trump)" (Shelbourne, Mallory)" Ivanka Trump is a big influencer to powerful people in the world. She has spoken with world leaders like Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, and Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel about the gender pay gap. Talking to world leaders at a Women 20 Summit in Germany, Ivanka praised Chancellor Merkel for passing a transparent paid leave legislation in Germany. She said, "The United States will look to Germany for legislation that will benefit families on paid leave." (Abramson, Alana) Ivanka also talked about the uniqueness of women in the workplace. • 17. I Am A Minority Latina Woman The Presidential election has one common question we all ask, at one time or another, why vote? I'm a minority Latina woman currently in college searching for answers. The great philosopher Galilei once said "All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them." – Galileo Galilei (1632). The first steps I took, to find the answer to this question and many more were: I started reading on both parties running for president, I watched presidential debates, listened to media reports looking for the answers to my questions. Donald J. Trump and Hilary Clinton, Should I believe what is being said about these two political parties? What qualifies them to be our next president, why should I vote for either one of them, what plans do they have while running our country? • 19. Rhetorical Analysis Of Trump 's Campaign Announcement With the 2016 Presidential Election roughly a year away, all eyes and ears are turned towards the candidates, one in particular being Republican Donald Trump. In Trump's Campaign Announcement, not only did he generalize and insult a country, but he also fed the U.S. public misleading information. Trump begins his speech by rallying the public using "we" as a constant reminder of our universal bond of being U.S. citizens. By using a group mentality, Trump is able to successfully use ethos to invoke a response for the "group" – the United States citizens. In order for Trump to gain the public's approval, he must first make everyone feel connected with him. For instance, in one of Trump's opening lines, he attempts to create a crowd frame of mind by saying, "Our country is in serious trouble. We don't have victories anymore. We used to have victories, but we don't have them" (Donald Trump Transcript: 'Our Country Needs a Truly Great Leader). The individuals who wrote the speech for Trump did not say "we" and "our" by accident, their purpose was to persuade the public how Donald Trump – the multi–millionaire business tycoon– can be relatable to anyone in the crowd. Donald Trump then began to walk on a tightrope when addressing immigrants from Mexico. In his speech, Trump begins to test waters about immigrants from Mexico by claiming, "They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Donald Trump's Influence On Body Image Trumpocalypse, a reference to the world after Donald Trump becomes president, is now also a video game, song, hashtag, book, and the topic of many articles. Indeed, the #NeverTrump and #Trumpocalypse movements are among the social media efforts opposing the election of Trump as the President of the United States. These movements are based on the unsuitability of Trump, which he has repeatedly demonstrated in debates and interviews, as well as on his own social media. Although many people oppose Trump because of political party affiliation, his character, actions, and plans should discourage support regardless of party affiliation. Trump has not demonstrated an understanding of national and international concepts, such as the Geneva Convention. He has claimed that, should he be elected, the military will begin targeting the families of terrorists. In addition, the use of torture to interrogate criminals will be supported, including the return of waterboarding. Both proposals are violations of the Geneva Convention, which has been explained to him with no effect. Not only should these severe lapses of judgement be alarming, but Trump's lack of diplomacy has insulted at least 217 different people, objects, and places, including foreign nations, as shown in the list compiled by Jasmine Lee and Kevin Quealy of the New York Times. His degradations are sometimes attempts to limit the speech of the targeted party as revenge, such as spreading rumors that Forbes, the National Review, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal are "failing," "dying," written by "really bad people" who "knowingly print lies," and even, in the case of the Wall Street Journal, "bad at math" (Lee and Quealy) after uncomplimentary articles were written. On a wider scale, Trump's allegations against countries such as Britain, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico could damage international relations, particularly the plan to build a much larger wall on the U.S.–Mexico border and "compel Mexico to pay for the wall" (Make America Great Again!). Marco Rubio, who was also a Republican candidate, explained why Trump's inconsideration has short–term success but long–term problems: "A lot of people find appeal in the things Donald says [because] he says what people wish they could say. The problem is, presidents can't just say anything they want. It has consequences, here and around the world" (CNN). Although many people do not support ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This upcoming election presidential candidates do not have the same views on current issues. I will be discussing three main views that each candidate believes and why they do not agree with one another. I also will choose a candidate views I agree with and why. The three most popular issues that the politicians do not agree on is abortion, taxes, and immigration. Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton do not agree with one another on any of these. The first candidate, Donald Trump, wants to ban abortions at some point in pregnancy with exceptions for rape, incest, or life of the mother. He also wants to tax individuals differently depending on their income, and ship all illegal immigrants back and build a huge wall to prevent illegal crossing. Hillary's view is that abortion should remain legal but rare, the rich should be taxed more and middle and poor class should be taxed little to nothing. Also, she wants to get full and equal citizenship for all immigrants in the United States. In current embattled elections, it is important that voters understand the issues and their candidate's viewpoint. Today is no different as Donald Trump reaches out in multi–medias to try and gain support for his presidential campaign this year. Trumps first advertisement is titled "Motherhood", and rightfully so. It talks about what he plans to do to help mothers further their careers, while raising children. In this ad his daughter, Ivanka Trump (who has two kids of her own) is the spokesperson. "Epic", the second advertisement, is clips of news casts, interviews, rallies, and campaigns pieced together to promote the image and the mass support of Donald Trump. This advertisement was made earlier in the race and has a very broad over view of what policies he is planning to use to "Make America Great Again". While both advertisements shed light on the candidate's campaign and his future policies, the "Motherhood ad focuses on the future of American mothers and building new opportunities for them, so they aren't limited to being housewives, and the Epic ad is geared towards his policy of immigration, and mostly his triumph of gaining supporters across the country. In "Motherhood," a thirty second policy ad on the hardships of women in society, Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump speaks to the plans of aiding women's future in education and healthcare. • 37. Analysis Of The Book ' 1984 ' By George Orwell In the book "1984," written by George Orwell, there is a character that is known as Big Brother. He is a man who could be known as a Demagogue. The reason for this is due to the fact that he was able to rise to such power where he is capable of changing the past. The way he is now, in the story, shows that he didn't use rational argument to rise to power, but chose to appeal to the majority group of people through desires and prejudice. Donald Trump is an example of a Demagogue and of Big Brother. Donald Trump is currently running for president and he is getting many supporters who agree with his propositions. However, these supporters are with him due to the fact that he appeals to their desires and prejudice. There has not been a moment where he speaks kindly of other races. Trump is simply throwing out ideas that he feels are accurate when in truth they are entirely one sided. His concept involves murder by bombing and hunting people who, to him, are the cause of many problems such as crimes and drugs. Big Brother is the leader of the world and is loved by everyone except one person known as Winston. Winston does everything he can to find out about the true past, which was erased and changed into what Big Brother said the past was like. By Steven Levitsky and Daniel Ziblatt, show their stance of President Donald Trump being a threat, by unveiling the drawback of his political power. The election result of Trump as president of the United States, is one of the prodigious threats to the structure and growth of the country. Trump is a man who is a big talker and is an egotistic individual who is now viewed as the most important politician in the world. He arranges to place restriction on Muslims immigrating the country in order to control terrorism. The underlying question is, how will the dividing of Mexico and deportation of Muslims going to create a better workforce when a wide majority of the population is going to be sent out of the country? We will be losing a significant amount of the population that contributes to our workforce industry and keep the country going. With the policies Trump has created, he seems as if he is highly confident to "Make America Great Again". By euphemism of his wish to "Make America Great Again" will only connote the idea of modifying the United States solely into whiteness and heterosexuals. His idea of a country consists of people meeting his expectations and clearly favoring the white supremacy. If Trump continues to holds such restrictions and racism, this will only generate a divide in our nation and can conceivably lead to the dangers of a civil war. It will conceivably construct fear into citizens of what the future may hold for themselves and their families. Another major atrophy of Trump's policy is the idea of benefitting families who are in the higher income range. But, the issue of this policy is only those in top one percent will ... Some of these hobbies consisted of boxing, football, fishing and watching movies, and as he got older, fixing each and every house he has lived in where he got stationed. To start, my dad would box growing up in the P.O.L.; " As a child, I was in POL, Police Athletic League, a program that tried to bridge the gap between police officers and the community." said my dad. The P.O.L. was in charge of the boxing going around in the community and they sponsored the boys in the violent neighborhood; they bought them uniforms, took the boys out of state, and taught them how to boxing. My dad was taught, through boxing, how to let some of his frustration and anger out, and it has helped him learn to keep his cool. Even now my dad will spend hours of every day just to watch new shows, movies, and the news. "I've always loved movies since I was younger!" said my dad; the fact that they could take my dad in and away from his own life amazed him and he loved it. His love and passion for movies and shows today are above and beyond the regular. My dad's, and mine now, hobby of watch movies and TV is so serious that it's safe to say we own at least four hundred movies. One thing about the news that always seems to pull my dad in was the presidential elections. During the months of August 2016 through January 2017, my dad was the most worried about the outcome of the election and wouldn't leave the TV. Now that the president is Donald Trump, my dad watches the news for a different reason. The TV is now always used to watch the the news on what Donald Trump said or did; things like Trumps alternative facts are always played just like the new news of Trump's wife, Melania Trump, might being able to be ... • 75. Donald Trump Stereotypes Analysis With the upcoming election, Donald Trump's campaigns have caught the attention of the American society. He has turned the 2016 presidential campaign into a unpredictable show, just the fact that he is running for president with no political background is a joke itself. This sparked an interest in me and I couldn't help but use this as a topic for my paper. In his bold and audacious speeches, Trump is known to use stereotypes to draw in votes. Whether it is against women, Muslims, or Mexicans Trump has said it all. So my journey begins first in asking, what is a stereotype? And how does a stereotype affect a group of individuals? Thus leading to the question which drives my paper, how does Trump's use of stereotypes affect a voter's opinion? As a voter myself I'm curious to see if ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Lesley Clark has also reported for many political events and has even gone to many events at the White House. This article talks about how Trump Stereotypes Jewish people as being wealthy and giving their money away to politicians but he tries to justify it by saying that his daughter is Jewish. In the article it included quotes of him talking about how stingy Jewish people are and how he does not need their money. • 77. Persuasive Essay On Donald Trump Donald Trump was supposed to be the guy who would fix everything in Washington, but after two months in office he's proving to be a terrible leader. Trump was never very popular, but he got high marks for his leadership. Now that's fading. In November just after the election, 56% of Americans thought he was a good leader – now it's fallen to just 40%. After two months, here's what we know: He's not going to fix everything. He's not going to drain the swamp. He's not going to make America great again. He's not going to unite all Americans. He's not going to replace Obamacare with something "terrific." He's not going to bring back the manufacturing jobs or the American dream. He won't make America respected around the world. He won't make us safer. Why not? Because Trump isn't the strong leader he pretends to be. Even if he believed in all the things he promised and wanted to accomplish them, he would fail because he doesn't understand how to govern. Trump is a failure because he ignored Ronald Reagan's most important lesson about leadership: "There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit." Trump is still a great campaigner, no doubt. He can work a crowd like few others can. But working the levers of policy, administration, legislation and diplomacy is beyond him. His whole career, he was the boss of an organization that he controlled 100%, but governing in a democracy isn't like that. Democracy is about compromise, about ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
