10. Resolution to Award Bid
• In an effort to protect the City from rising construction
and production costs, Reece Albert, Inc. has agreed to
hold its bids prices if the City will award the bid now.
• The City may award the bid contingent upon
acquisition of the necessary easements.
• The City has until December 31, 2013 to acquire the
easements, or the construction agreement becomes
null and void, with no obligations by either party.
