• One Harbor Church contributed to date $42,687.40 in
cash/repairs/renovations and agreed to a yearly lease for Sunday
worship $15,600/annually
13. Path to restoration
• June 21-22, 2016 Swansboro Historical Association hosts a live
instructional on the restoration and preservation of the flooring in the
Heritage Center side with John Wood, Restoration Specialists (NC
State Historic Preservation Office)
• Swansboro Historical Association direct financial layout is
approximately $3,000 (paint, flooring)
• Over 500 hours between 10 volunteers, ripping up floors, laying new
floors, painting (Core group)
• For 9 years Bob and Anne Shuller have collected historical documents
and made many trips to Raleigh for historical data (1,000’s of hours)
