BE A LEADER NOT A BOSS  A boss evokes fear and a leader radiates compassion and love  A boss says “I” and a leader says “We”.  A boss shows who is wrong and a leaders shows what is wrong  A boss knows how it is done and a leader shows how to do it  A boss is rigid and a leader is flexible.  A boss demands respect and a leader commands it.  A boss is selfish and a leader is selfless  A boss follows traditions and a leader innovates.  A boss likes to boss and a leader likes to lead.
