Responsibilities and duties :
In Solid unit :
- Responsible for preparation of oral Products ( Direct mix , Dry granulation and wet
granulation )
- Responsible for tool manufacturing.

- Responsible for Capsules filling machines ( IMA & haro )
- Supervision in dispensing rooms
- Responsible for Blistering machines Klöckner Types ( CP3 – Cp400 ) ( 4 machines ) ,
Marchisine Machines ( 3 machines ) , Hoonga machines ( 2 ) & Uhlman
- make daily report and send it to Head section, supervisor and production manager.

system and air systems).
In Extraction unit :

- follow up30 technicians and 8 machines.
- Make new Batch record for new area.
- make new SOP`S for new area.
- make cost reduction in raw material of batches.
- finish batch records.

-evaluate the technicians and give them annual increase.
