 Smooth and efficient operation of Ice Cream plant, keeping in view the planned
production volumes at maximum efficiency level.
 Strive for zero breakdowns on machines, process and packing lines.
 Machine downtime and losses control through optimization and prioritization.
 Reporting monthly wastages of raw materials.
 Keep safety on top priority in all the production operation.
 Maintain the Food Hygiene and safety as per GMPs Standard.
 Maintain Hygiene protocols and Quality standards as per GMPs applicable for
Ice Cream industry.
 100 % compliance of work permits procedures and protocol.
 Issuance of Daily Production Report.
 Targeting for maximum production keeping in view all the bottle neck.
 100 % compliance of SOPs defined for all specified jobs.
 Handling labor and material and their planning according to production targets.
 Checking & improving the efficiency and performance level of machine and
labor.
 Conducting (DOR) Daily operation review to the engineer and higher
management to improve the efficiencies and control the line losses.
 Preventive maintenance co-ordination on site.
 Auditing for BRC for Non-conformance and complaint traceability.
1. Main achievement in Engro Foods Ltd
 Decrease the overall loss of product, primary & secondary packaging from
startup to the finish product from 4.57% to 0.8%.Now the target of 2015 is 0.7%.
 Increase the plant efficiency by reducing the unnecessary down time.
 Train people as they reduce the labor cost.
 Data management for food safety, HACCP study, Material handling, usage &
balance.
 SAP program implementation in factory.
 Installation of Ice cream & Yogurt Plant, Aging Tanks, Glucose & Vegetable oil
Tanks.
 Data management for performance of machines and plant focus on traceability,
material variance, labor variance.
 KPIs development for DOR on line on plant
 Variance calculation on MS Excel to calculate without scrap factor to find out the
gaps
 BRC (Traceability and TQM) audit preparation and implementation &
documentation.
 DuPond (Food, Health, and Environment Safety) audit preparation and
implementation & documentation.
 LPG storage and receiving for cone backing for absence of Natural Gas project
supervision
 Different initiative to control loss and saving utilities.
 Installing the jelly manufacturing system in mixing.
 Modification coordinator with project team from plant side for installation of
new hot water circuit, jacketed & coil water modification, 18 ton Vegetable oil
tank, Tanker heating system, Rework modification, modification in glucose lines.
 Modification to decrease down time due to CIP with tetra so the time decrease
from 55 minutes to 40 minutes with time saving during CIP solution makeup.
Also saving the cost of CIP.
 Currently working on Pit structure in Mixing, Aging return lines, rework balance
tank to reduce rework handling losses.
 Water circuit modifications for water recovery and scaling issues
