U-shape production lines were implemented to balance work stations and promote teamwork, increasing production efficiency by over 40% while achieving almost zero quality defects. The successful model was rolled out to other production lines. 5S practices and ISO 14000 standards improved the work environment in all workshops and lines. Lean principles and KanBan were educated through cross training and measurement to further enhance manufacturing. Incoming quality control was reorganized with part-specific checklists and isolation of rejected parts returned to suppliers. Safety was also improved in all workshops as per ISO 18000 through available protective gear and fire equipment. The warehouse was optimized with assigned roles and inventory practices to better utilize space and ensure safety.
