and ensure the outcomes pass quality tests (organoleptic, physicochemical and
microbiological tests) and conform to current finished product specifications.
Develop and update specifications for raw materials and finish products.
Monitor benchmark for competitive market and work to meet the needs of the customer.
Managing and coordinating product development projects according to scope , time, cost and
quality.
Prepare market research and delivery of technical and financial analysis reports for top
management.
Participate in developing SOPs for production lines.
Monitor SRC and troubleshooting production lines.
Responsible for recipe-related roles in SAP (create, change BOMs as semi-finish and finish
