3. • As a group we have decided to plan very early about assignment of
the evaluation tasks. The main reason why we have done this is to
avoid what we done last year which was to fail to upload all
completed evaluation tasks, by planning early we are ensuring that
this mistake will not happen again.
• Even though we are assigning each name to each evaluation task we
will be flexible by helping each other on each evaluation task in order
to achieve the best possible evaluations to be posted on our blog.
