3. The English Bookstore
What could be improved:
Bigger sign lettering
Better outside display of books
Put armchairs inside for reading
Background music
Personnel speaking German!
Grade: C-
4. The Shoe Repair Shop
Observations:
The uncommon green draws attention
Small display but not much to display
Door is open but…
Person inside is very unfriendly!
1 Euro for a simple hole in a belt!

5. The Cheese Gourmet Store
What comes to mind:
Specialties of the day are visible and hand written
Very friendly personnel
Cozy atmosphere
Nice product display
Lettering could be bigger
Grade: B+

The Bosch Stand
What I noticed:
Quite simple setting but very effective, there is
plenty of space to look around
The employees are friendly
Giveaway gadgets available

The EADS Stand
Highlights:
Nice touch the airplane model before the entrance
that awakens interest in the products
The stand is in a separate room
There is a long queue…
Not big and not manned enough!
Grade: B+

Impressions:
The display of publications makes the display
stand out and appealing to visitors
There are several employees
Small waiting time to access it
Very friendly approach
