• Call to action (button) as well as on posts.
• Define proper page URL
• Update all info (genuine contact details,
hours of operation/menu/price range,
etc. as the case may be)
• Adjust the pin of your location on the
map properly if needed.
• Cover pic and profile pic should not
interfere with each other
• Be on the lookout for new notifications
about likes and messages to your page
everyday and get in touch with your
audience on a personalized note
Donts Checklist
• Never delete or hide a negative review
or comment; instead get back to the
customer
• Avoid using too much of text in posts;
people don’t like to read a LOT on FB
• Avoid sharing too many links as status
updates unless those links take your
audience to a digital property that you
own.
• Don’t try to sell explicitly/blatantly on
Facebook; remember Facebook is
primarily for engagement and brand
building; revenue generation will follow
