My Weakgth And Strengths
Every human being has strengths whether they see and recognize them or not. I know that it can be hard for a person to acknowledge their strengths
but it is always good to do this. In doing so a person learns more about themselves, and I believe that it helps them in their self–esteem. While people
do have strengths, there are areas in which a person can exhibit continued growth. No human being is perfect, and that is okay. It is okay if one
acknowledges the diminished growth and strives to make it more useful. While it is hard for me to acknowledge and talk about my strengths, I
know that I have them because God gives us strengths and talents. He gives them to us so that we can use them to foster a good place for humanity
and to strive to follow His footsteps. One of the strengths that I believe I have is that I engage in sacred trust. This is because I consider myself a
trustworthy person. If someone tells me something, I will maintain confidentiality and keep that between us. This is because I believe that trust is
something that can be easily broken and it is always best to aim always to keep that trust with someone. Exhibiting trust to others is a value that I live
by. I know that many people suffer from distrust and Iwant to let them know that there are people that they can trust and that will listen to them with a
truly open heart. Another strength that I believe I have is that I am kind. The reason that I believe this is because I really do think that I use my

What Is Trust And Evaluate Why Trust?
Trust, is a belief in responsibility, truth, or ability of someone or something; it is also an acceptance in the truth even without evidence or investigation;
and a state of being responsible for someone or something (Oxford Dictionary, 2017). Nowadays, trust is becoming more important as we live in a time
that is full of uncertainty. However, trust in government and business has a breakdown in the result of the global financial crisis and the collapse of
high profile banks, with the failure of government recue plan (Hope–Hailey et al, 2012). The CIPD Megatrends report published in 2013 in the UK
claimed ' Trust in many organisations is weak – the latest survey findings show that just 29% of employees think trust in senior management is ... Show

In short, direct reciprocity is "fair but weak"; but indirect is "strong but unfair"(Conell and Mannision, 2017), as if a seller on eBay refuse to lower
the price in trader's favour, trader could "punish" the seller by giving negative feedback, and this feedback can be seen publicly for other buyers before
they engage biding (Bolton and Ockenfels).
Why trust is important
Robinson (1996) claimed trust is an important factor affecting employee's behaviour, because trust in employer influence employee's belief in the
likelihood of employer's future actions will be beneficial, agreeable, and not harmful to employee's own interest (Alfes, Shantz, and Truss).
Additionally, the psychological contract that focuses on the exchange of perceived promises and commitments has been increasingly in use in studying
employment relationship. Herroit and Pemberton (1997) defined psychological contract as the perceptions of both organisation and individual
relationship of the mutual promises and obligations implied in the relationship. Not only does the management of psychological contract face issues of
the way to conceptualise and manage employment relation, it also influence organizational culture and climate (Guest and Conway, 2002), as Guest
(1998) suggested organisational culture and climate of high involvement and partnership, HR

Trustworthiness In Therapeutic Cases
Trustworthiness is the best strategy. As the individual accountable for charging it is your obligation to ensure that all therapeutic cases are precise
before submitting them to insurance agencies. In the event that you happen to see an error you ought to positively not approach your manager and
blame him for deceitful movement however you ought to most unquestionably talk about the issue with him instantly. It could basically be a blunder
and the medicinal tests were coded inaccurately or put with the wrong patient document. On the off chance that your supervisor is in reality being
unscrupulous and realizes that you are confirming cases before submitting them he will be less inclined to proceed with this movement. At the point

Methods Of Design For Social Capital
Methods of Design for Social Capital Social capital in collaborative economy intermediaries is incorporated by design. This section outlines some of
the available methods for designing for inclusivity. Much of the existing research around designing for trust online focuses on increasing users' trust.
Researchers Riegelsberger, Sasse, and McCarthy (2005) instead decided to design a framework focusing on factors that lead the "trusted actor" (service
provider) to act in a trustworthy manner. The design heuristics include stable identity, traceability/accountability, group membership, group identity,
social presence, and recording outcomes. By limiting users to ATB Financial customers, trust is created through stable identity and group... Show more

This is the most common way to establish trust in the collaborative economy. A complaint of these reputation systems is the accuracy of reviews
given and the tendency to only provide extremely satisfied or extremely unsatisfied reviews. Some platforms are aware of this and incorporate
mechanisms to encourage accurate, average reviews. For example, Airbnb added a feature in 2014 to reveal host and guest reviews simultaneously to
make both parties feel comfortable in leaving honest reviews without the worry of a dishonest retaliatory review. The ATB gig site will not only reveal
reviews simultaneously, it will have a template for constructive feedback. The template will ask for a rating and/or review of specific behaviours, such
as adhering to the terms of the agreement. Both parties, in advance of the gig, will negotiate the agreement to facilitate clear communication and
expectations. Rare and used mostly in online gaming, hybrid trust models use both network structure and interactions to compute trust. In this model,
interacting users exchange friend lists that are saved as a friendship graph. The more frequent the interactions and the longer their duration, the higher
the trust value. This is an infrequently used trust model. This model may be considered for a future iteration of the site, but only for ATB employees
to identify service providers who would be a good fit for a permanent role with ATB.

Characteristics Of Leadership In Ender's Game And The Lady...
Aspects of a leader can be found everywhere in any person. The qualities of being a leader are described differently in many ways that appeal to the
way a person is exposed to. The elements of a leader are used to define characteristics of a person. These qualities are used to describe characters in
Ender's Game and in "The Lady or, The Tiger". Although the King in "The Lady or The Tiger" showsleadership in a non–respected way, While Ender,
from Ender's Game, has better qualities that are respected considering he has good control, is trustworthy, which shows how the author feels what
makes a leader.
The importance of control can give a leader the strength they need to carry out what they want to pursue. Ender commands a new army and as a
new leader he has to show that he means business and power over his soldiers. "They were already, milling around near the entrance. Ender took
charge at once... Ender walked up and down the aisle."(Card 112). This quote points out that Ender is already on his soldiers toes making sure that
they do what he had instructed. Thinking back to control, Card uses what Ender must do to display his power over the soldiers and get them to
respect him. Also, Ender displays control when his army is in the battle room practicing and the soldiers aren't performing as well as Ender wanted
them. "' What was the circus I saw out here! Did you call that forming up? Did you call that flying? Now everybody, launch and form upon the
ceiling! Right now! Move!'"(Card 114). This citation shows Ender's ability to bark orders and have control over his soldiers to get them to do as he
demands them to do. It shows the reader how confident and mature Ender actually is. However, the King uses the bad side of leadership and control.
He is so overly controlling that it frightens his citizens. Ender shows true leadership when he is controlling his army in a good way that makes his
army respect him and his decisions.
Another aspect that makes a good leader is the ability to gain the trust of their followers and to be trustworthy in return. Ender shows that he is a
trustworthy person when he uses his control to help his army succeed by giving out orders and his soldiers rely and trust him to make sure that

The Bitter Taste Of Vanilla
As the bitter taste of vanilla extract went down my throat, I wondered how exactly I let this person fool me. The person in question was my oldest
sister. I was around 9 at the time. My parents were out, leaving my older siblings to watch my 10 year old sister and me. My sister had convinced
us that vanilla extract tasted just vanilla cake. Since both of us were fans of cake, we were excited to drink it. I should have seen the warning
signs. She told us that if we didn't like it, we were not allowed to spit it out or get a drink of water. We still stupidly agreed to do it. I took a swig of
the extract and immediately spit it out. My sister made me drink more of it. It burned my mouth and left me in tears. After this horrific incident, my
other sister, who had managed to drink it without problem, and I consoled each other. My sister does not remember this, but I do and it taught me an
important message. Never give anyone, including family, your full trust. Any child that grew up with siblings has felt the wrath of their brothers or
sisters. Whether they are older or younger, siblings can cause a lot of damage. They can teach you a lot about trust. You always have to wonder why a
sibling is being nice to you for no apparent reason. They were not nice because they loved you, but because they wanted to do or get something from
you. My siblings could be coldhearted for their own gain. I learned to watch my back. As I grow older, I can see how this small lesson my sister taught

Many interpretations of the terms leadership, trustworthiness, and ethical stewardship have been developed by scholars and researchers. However, the
meaning of these topics as they relate to business organizations and business ethics need to be explored and more importantly, a discussion is
necessary of how these topics interact or correlate with one another. This paper will explore these topics with first providing my opinion of each topic
followed with a discussion of current research regarding each topic. This is followed with an examination of how these topics are correlated and the ...

Creating a vision of a desired future that is appealing to employees and other stakeholders is an important part of being a leader. An appealing vision
provides stakeholders and organizations direction (Maak and Pless, 2006). Finally, leadership in a business organization based on stakeholder theory
requires leaders who are servants versus ones who are served. This requires leaders who show care and concern for employees and other
stakeholders and to recognize that assisting employees in reaching their potential enables the organization to achieve its financial, social, and ethical
goals. Responsible leadership is not about the grandiosity of a leader. It is about who the leader serves and requires humility, modesty, and a desire to
support and care for the interests and needs of others (Maak and Pless, 2006).
In earning the trust of stakeholders to become trustworthy, the business leader has to follow–through on stated objectives and goals. In other words, the
leader has to "walk the talk" and accomplish what he or she has stated will be done or lose credibility from employees and other stakeholders. To
become trustworthy, the leader must show integrity, honesty, morality, ability, reliability, and a genuine concern for the welfare of others. The leader
must show that he

career. Billy is an honest, trustworthy person, and he is an amazing friend. Billy is a bigger guy; he stands in around six–foot–three and he weighs
approximately two–hundred–sixty pounds. At first glance, Billy may look like a caveman this is because in his free–time, he often wears leather coats,
and he work on his blacksmithing skills. Billy is also a very well advanced hunter, fisherman, and pretty much an overall good outdoorsman, and he
wears the stereotypical attire (Camo, etc.) that supports his aspirations. My friend Billy has always been on a higher level of understanding when
it pertains to the issues of the world and day to day life struggles. For example, Billy has always been able to talk to me about issues pertaining to
the struggles and worries about having a future family, the issues of world wealth inequality, pretty much if I bring up any kind of topic, Billy will
be able to produce some type of material in context to the issue at hand. Billy is a gentleman in classical form, Billy has an older sister whom is
twenty–four years of age and he has two nieces named Lydia and Lillian from that sister and her fiance. He is an amazing uncle to his nieces and he

Trustworthiness, Credibility, Reliability,...
Trustworthiness Schwandt (2007) defined trustworthiness as the quality of the research and its findings that are significant to others. It is important
that I, as the researcher and the instrument of data collection and analysis, can ensure the quality and clarity of my research for my audience. Merriam
(1998) states that "research is concerned with producing valid and reliable knowledge in an ethical manner" p. 198). It is my job, as the researcher, to
establish credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability in an ethical and professional manner. Woodside (2010) defines credibility as the
representation of multiple realities of the process that the researcher examines adequately, and submits his/her interpretation to the scrutiny of the
participants who provided the original data for authentication. Janesick (2000) claims credibility in education has to do with whether the description fits
the explanation or multiple interpretations. The participants, she adds, have to review the material because qualitative research is open to the public.
To ensure credibility, I must use triangulation, participants' check, peer examination, and present my research biases publicly. 1.... Show more content

Why Trust Is A Bond That Brings Humans
Hard to gain; easily lost. Trust is earned, not given. Trust is a bond that brings humans as closely as love does. Trust could be a feeling, or a cause
and effect type of thing. Of course, one cannot say that trust is infinite. Because trust can be gained and lost, and is seen in the actions of us humans
as we live our lives. Some perceive trust as being put it in things such as, God, science, doctors, parents, or even water treatment plant operators. Other
people look at trust only within in a relationship perspective, such as, being there for your mate. For example, trusting, supporting and showing genuine
care for one another. Trust would also be demonstrated through consistency in his/her actions. For example, showing up for dates agreed–upon time.
Keeping private information just between the two of you and always respecting boundaries. If you only look at trust from these ways you limit trust.
Trust covers nearly every aspect of our lives and displays who you are as individuals. Trust should be earned not given, and some of the traits of trust
are authenticity, experience, confidence, honesty, and integrity.
Authenticity is a trait of trust. Being authentically trustworthy requires that you be honest in all your dealings –– big and small. For example, a big
way of being authentic in all your dealings is let's say that you're married to your wife/husband and he/she is going to alcohol for relief from stress.
You know going to alcohol isn't beneficial for them, so the

Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship Essay
Given the increase in organizational downsizings, layoffs, asset write–offs and executive bailouts, how important is the trust factor in defining a good
leader? Without an established trust relationship a leader is unable to be effective. The problem to be investigated is the value of trustworthiness and
ethical stewardship in the construct of the organizational leadership model. This paper shall explore the co–functions of trust and ethical stewardship
and its impact on leadership effectiveness.

500).
In order for interpersonal trustworthiness to exist in organizations, a leader–follower relationship must first exist between the parties involved
(Caldwell et al., 2010, p. 500). Once that leader–follower relationship is established, leaders have to earn trust. Leaders earn trust by their respective
actions, morals and virtues. Trust is can also be based on past history. If something was done in the past which questions a leader's values, morals or
judgment, it would be unlikely that the leader would be trusted in the future. One of the most important parts of being an effective leader is building
and maintaining trust. Trust can further be defined as a "multi–dimensional construct comprising different dimensions of the trustee's attributes that the
trustor evaluates" (Ingenhoff and Sommer, 2010, p. 341).
Ethical stewardship is a concept that fosters policies of fairness to all. Ethical stewards use guiding principles that are ethical and moral. Caldwell
states that" The concept of ethical stewardship has its roots in stakeholder theory" (Caldwell et al., 2007, p. 154). Stakeholder theory is very similar to
Milton Friedman's classical theory of business, which essentially holds that businesses should be solely devoted to increasing profits (Friedman, 1970,
para 33). This author contends that ethical stewardship can't exist

Running head: Ethical Leadership 1
Ethical Leadership
Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship
Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship
The problem to be investigated is; how the leaders manage to stay ethical in their role while maintaining trust with the followers and focus on
organisational goals. Most of the times, the biggest responsibility of leaders is to lead the team of the people to achieve organisational goals willingly.
Leaders are supposed to create harmony between the workforce and management so that win–win situation can be created. It is a challenge for the
leaders to play this role successfully and they can be accused of any partiality or favouritism by either management or the employees.
In order to effectively win the trust of organisational management and the team members, the leaders adopt the role of steward and focus on the ethical
conduct. Since it is impossible for them to gratify every body all the time, by putting organizational interest ahead of their personal interest and
following the ethical conduct, they succeed in increasing the acceptance of their decisions. Even though management or team members may disagree
with their opinions and initiatives, they still keep on believing that the decisions taken by the leaders are ethical and will be in favour of the
organisations and team members. They may not see the immediate impact but the long term consequences may become favourable. This repute and
notion gives the

The Importance of Trust in Leadership Essay
We all have studied great leaders and when asked, we can cite their names and quote them in an instant. However, most certainly, we can also think of
someone we would describe as a bad leader. The common trait among the bad leaders that I have worked with was their lack of trustworthiness. These
leaders were deemed untrustworthy because they would tell people what they wanted to hear, not the truth. They would articulate one thing to one
employee and something else to another employee. They would pass their employee's work off as their own. And they would exclude team members
from important meetings and decisions. Therefore, as a result of these negative behaviors, no longer was I able to grant them the benefit of the doubt

This was a sure sign of his lack of integrity and loyalty. His dishonesty was a direct result of his unwillingness to admit what he did was wrong.
Withholding information from team members was also a trait this leader employed. O'Toole and Bennis (2009) stated that "Leaders try to hoard and
control information because they believe it is a source of power" (p. 11). I consider this to be true for this specific leader. He would deliberately
hoard information so that others would not have the same knowledge as he. Again, this deceitful act was an indication of his lack of communicating
honestly and his lack of integrity. True leaders are selfless not self–serving (Mckinney, 2000/2009). This leader was putting his own success above all
else, therefore I could not put my trust in him.
A leader cannot be successful without building a trusting rapport with their followers. Without trust, a leader will be unsuccessful motivating and
influencing employees to follow them. People will not follow someone they do not trust. According to O'Toole and Bennis, "Leaders first must trust
others before others will trust them" (2009, p. 13). Although the act of enlisting trust in your followers, is in essence giving away some of your power,
leaders will essentially gain authority because they will have followers who will want to support them.

Characteristics Of A Friend Who Falls Under All Of These...
We all have friendships with everyone. To some people, they have deep friendships while others just use and abuse their friends. We shouldn't abuse
our friends, we should care for our friends. They're all important! Friends can provide support, comfort, and help and even have fun with each other.
When I look for friends, I make sure that they possess many qualities. Some traits I look for in a friend is that they're kind, honest, trustworthy and
accepting of my unique ideas. I have many people that fall under this category, but for this essay, I have decided to write about one who stands out.
Her name is Aria.
Aria is a friend who falls under all of these qualities. She's kind, trustworthy and provides support and comfort. Aria and I have a deep friendship.
Aria is a kind person. She cares for each and every one of her friends. An example is when she provides food for me and others. I remember in
kindergarten when she brought me a slice of pizza for lunch. More specifically, a tomato–basil slice of pizza. Anyways, I remember feeling strange and
weird as this had never happened to me. Before this, I had never gotten food, or any item, from anyone. It was a new experience. Another example
is that Aria puts her peers before herself. A couple weeks ago, we were playing Volleyball. Aria would set up her peers for spikes, a move that is hard
to accomplish in this sport. Usually, people only care about themselves, and only ask people to set them up. Aria could easily become one of

The Field Of Computer Engineering
In the field of computer engineering many virtues can apply and many of them may change depending on the situation. The virtues will also be
different depending on which part of the code of ethics is considered. For instance the part of the code that discusses "avoiding injuring others, their
property, reputation, or employment by false or malicious action" has many virtues that could be applied to it. Those virtues could be care, caution,
focus and honesty. To care about avoiding injuring others is fairly important because if an individual did not care or were careless then any project
that they might work on could become dangerous to themselves or other individuals and also just not be complete. However if they were to care too
much then the project could never be completed as they would find certain components of it to be too "dangerous". In this sense the professional is
overanalyzing a situation and believing that a hazardous outcome will happen even though it most likely never would happen. For the virtue of caring a
professional would want to be in the middle ground by caring enough to not make the project completely dangerous and also to recognize that there
is no way to make something one hundred percent safe. Caution is also a good virtue and is very much related to caring because if you do not care
about a certain situation then why would someone be cautious. If a person were reckless then they would most likely cause some kind of injury or a
defective product and

I start my classes at 8am EST, I am home–schooled so being active will be a lot easier for me. I have 4 classes, and each last 45 minutes. I usually get
breaks in–between my class so I can check in with the server. School ends at 1pm EST for me, and from there I can play all the way till 11:30pm. I
would say daily I can put in around 12 hours each day. I usually play daily on weekends, for long periods of time. My schedule can vary, that 's if
anything pops up.
Skills and Reasons:
Being a staff member requires dedication and time, which I can offer if accepted. The road to a good server, is a good staff team.
From being staff in the past, I feel as if I am a dedicated and educated staff member. I enjoy helping others to the best extent I can. I pay attention to
whichever player needs help, and make sure I get both sides of the story.

Eassy On Honesty
"Honesty is the best policy", we have all heard this saying time and time again. From a very young age we have been told lying is frowned upon and
yet it seems to be an innate skill rooted deep within us. While basic in nature, telling the truth seems to be an extremely difficult task for the majority of
people. Being honest often goes against our natural instinct of self preservation. Those who are able to rise above the temptation of lying and resist the
easy way out of uncomfortable situations truly understand what it means to be an honest person. Honesty is the single most important virtue that a
person can have. It builds the foundation for healthy relationships, it is essential in building trust and having integrity, and tells a lot about someones
character. The challenging aspect of honesty is it isn't black white. Some might argue it is best tolie in order to protect someones feelings or to keep the
peace. There is the age old question, "does this make me look fat?". It has been ingrained into the minds of men everywhere that the answer is always
no. It has come to be a common belief that it is better to protect someones feelings rather than give it to them straight. This is where society is sadly
mistaken. Being an honest person is more than just telling the truth when it is beneficial, it is about always sticking to the truth no matter the
repercussions. An honest person does not just tell the truth when asked, but willing presents the information without being

Reliance, Trustworthiness, Consistency And Rapport Structure
Reliance, trustworthiness, consistency and rapport structure: In a well–managed team there needs to be trust, reliability, consistency and this comes
from a relationship building process. This is a never ending process which starts from when the team is at the beginning (forming stage). By
progressing through the stages, team members will form a healthy bond between them which will result in ever growing trust, reliability and
consistency between them. To help prompt this along we would use informal and formal team building. The best way for these areas to build in a team
is to have team exercises. Team exercises can be informal or formal. Some informal techniques could be to hold a BBQ for team staff as a team
building exercise or drinks ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
On the flipside of all this positivity there is also other areas that will need to be addressed. I as the team leader will also need to address any pressing
issues informatively and objectively. This is where everyone in the team will need to have to form their own opinions regarding the information and
comment where necessary. On the whole, team meetings is a very important part of the whole team building process.
How I will be implementing team meetings will be based on an effective and appropriate format. The following is a step–by–step process of how I will
be holding my meetings:
"1, Make your objective clear. A meeting must have a precise and definite purpose. Before you send that schedule request, ask yourself: What do I
pursue to achieve? Are you forewarning people to a change in management or a change in approach? Are you looking for input from others on a
difficult facing the company? Are you looking to arrive at a decision on a specific matter? Standing meetings with ambiguous resolutions, such as
"status updates," are rarely a good use of time.
2. Contemplate who is invited. As soon as you're calling a meeting, take time to think about who really needs to be there. If you're proclaiming a
change, invite the individuals who are affected by the announcement. If you're trying to solve a problem, invite the people who will be worthy
foundations of information for a solution. When people feel that what's being discussed isn't appropriate to them, or that they

Reflection On Trust
About a year ago today my family was going through many issues that affected my mental well being tremendously. Being "home" was similar to
being lost, it was a world I wasn't equipped for, and no longer wanted to be apart of. Things at home took such a turn that my mother sent my sister
to live in Florida with her father, I knew then I no longer had a purpose to stay. Following this occasion, I started to ask around for places to live, I even
went as far as looking for rooms to rent in the area. Generously one of my best friends, Jessica, offered to let me stay with her for the remainder of the
school year. She and her parents took me in days later, accepting me with loving arms. Living with my friends family started to become more of a
home to me than any home I'd lived in prior. This transformation in my life was one of the first in which I allowed myself to be cared for by others.
With this I want to explore the idea of trust within my life, and how it has affected me. Trust is something I was taught over time not to believe in, or
more importantly I was shown not to believe in. Throughout many of my life experiences I've learned that trust can only be plausible if my attitudes
towards the idea would permit it. My sense of trust within people has been diminished, leaving me with the notion that trusting is a huge risk. The
risk of being "let down" by someone who chose not to commit to an act, is a risk I am normally am not able to perform. After countless occasions of

Honesty Of Honesty
Honesty implies being consistent with ourselves and being straightforward, upright, and not too bad in our dealings with others. Our direct represents
us, more than words ever could. It turns into the reason for both notoriety and sense of pride. Creating respectability requires inside trustworthiness,
since we can't be straightforward with others unless we are straightforward with ourselves. Individuals of trustworthiness can be relied on to support
what it is correct, regardless of the possibility that it is implies getting that individual stuck in an unfortunate situation, and to make the wisest decision
notwithstanding when there is nobody around to see. Ordinarily in my life I have had honesty issues. Trustworthiness enables other individuals to
believe us since they realize that we esteem our responsibilities and try to live by them. When you don't demonstrate honesty sometimes, it can make
that individual not believe you and can hurt your relationship. Trustworthiness, the antonym is deceptive nature and the equivalent word is respect.
Trustworthiness is a rule through which a man can procure regard and respect. Regard and respect from others helps construct enduring individual and
business connections, which prompts long haul achievement. To start with we should characterize respectability which is making the best decision
reliably. That implies that we should do the legitimately and ethically adjust thing inevitably. Because something is hard or you simply figure

Nordic Countries Built on a Culture of Equality and...
The notion of consensual politics in Nordic countries is built on a culture of equality and the importance of persistently trustworthy behaviour which
are based on a common set of values (Delhey and Newton, 2004). These Nordic countries include Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland and Denmark.
The following values, institutional and political characteristics are typically highlighted when making reference to these countries: egalitarianism by
means of universal and generous social insurance systems, solidarity, public welfare service systems, proactive labour market and finally agreed
industrial policies which maintain a level of consensus within Nordic politics (Strandberg, 2006). These characteristics have been one of the main
reasons for the development of their comprehensive welfare provisions, which creates a sense of solidarity among these countries (Kuhnle, 1991:
Peterson, 1994 cited in Lee Miles, 1996). This paper will start by assessing and defining the existence of consensual Nordic politics today by
discussing how it had been in the past, and then looking at the future of consensual politics in Nordic countries. Also in this essay the two countries,
which will be compared, are Finland and Sweden showing, which state has maintained a consensual form of policy making and which have had more
of a decline and how it got to that point. It will then go on to explain the reasons for the decline and what sort of reforms can be done in order to
ensure a rise in consensual

human is perfect and I still have many areas of improvements to mold myself into a great leader. I take pride in being a honest and trustworthy
person. It is important to look people in the eye while you're talking to them as a form of respect. Many of my friends and family consider me as a
reliable person. On a regular I try to collaborate with other people to seek guidance and also invent creative ideas. Some of the areas of improvement
is accepting feedback on behaviors from others. This is a problem area for me I need to learn how to accept constructive criticism. Another area of
improvement is communicating information to people at all organization levels digitally and in person. Since I recently began my new

The Key Abilities Of Being A Successful Leader
I would define success as being trusted and respected by those who are in my life. Having gained the trust and respect of a person to me shows that
I have been successful in my job as a leader, friend, parent, and partner. Having the trust and respect of others is one of the key abilities of being a
successful leader. Having a positive influence on people is one of the many jobs of being an effective leader.
In our book, Clement Stone is credited as saying, "Analyze your life in terms of its environment. Are the things around you helping you toward success
– or are they holding you back?" The same can be said for the people in your life. Are they there to help guide you to be a better leader or are they
holding back your abilities of becoming successful.
1. I work with several other teachers at my job. I have been there for less than a year and in that time have grown to trust many of them and consider
them friends. Many times they have come to me looking for assistance and asking my advice on certain subjects. Having them come to me with these
things makes me feel trusted and respected. A feeling that they value my opinion and truly trust what advice I may give them.
A few months after starting with the school, I had a teacher come to me and ask for advice on a certain student and what I would recommend to help the
child in the scenario they had given me. The fact that the other teacher felt comfortable coming to me and took my advice showed me that they trusted

Trustworthiness, Dependability, And Loyalty
Trustworthiness, dependability, and loyalty are essential aspect of genuine friendship. In Shakespeare 's play, The Merchant of Venice, the main
character, Antonio, deliberately protects his honorable friend in every way possible. It was questionable if his love for Bassanio can weigh the same
amount as Bassanio's love for him. True friends must always show justice, forgiveness, and an ability to take a risk when necessary; an involvement
or any interference of a person's business may be required for the sake of one's happiness.
A genuine friendship involves trust, forgiveness, and the willingness to sacrifice without any fear of judgement or negative criticism. As Bassanio
comes into Antonio's room to ask for money, Bassanio beats around the bush by flattering the honorable Antonio, but Antonio senses the truth, "I pray
you, good Bassanio, let me know it; ... My person, my extremest means / Lie all unlocked to your occasions" (I.i.142, 145–6). In order to impress the
beautiful and rich Portia, which immediately led to Bassanio to ask Antonio for money. Although Antonio expects nothing more from Bassanio other
than his own happiness, he has already used all his money on his business venture. The other choice left was to sign a contract with the Jew,Shylock.
They both dislike each other. It is a tough decision even for Antonio, but his willingness to sacrifice himself reveals his loyalty and love as a friend.
Similarly, the power of love for a friend can push human's limit

The Value Of My Mother In The Short Story Thank You MaAm
I have lived 14 years, and I encountered many people who majorly impacted my life. Many of which taught me some of the most important values I
have today. In the short story "Thank You Ma'am", the protagonist, a young boy, attempts to snatch an old woman named Mrs. Jones's, purse.
Consequently, he falls over and the woman picks him up and screams at him in a disciplinary sense. The woman then takes the boy to her home to
get him cleaned off and to feed him. She talks to him and understands why attempted to snatch her purse, and gives him money the money he wanted
for new shoes. By the end of the story, the boy promises the woman to behave himself. Mrs. Jones impacted the boy's life greatly, as she surprised him
with an act of kindness after he tried stealing her purse. My greatest influence in my life is my mother as she strongly impacted me through my 14 years
of existence by helping me strengthen my faith and morality, helping me to build great characteristic traits, and she sets a great example for me to
become a good mother in the future.
My mom is a very strong woman of faith and she values good morals and ethics, to grow to be a decent human being. One of her main priorities as a
mother is to help my brother and me to strengthen our own faith and morality through her many subliminal lessons. She teaches me right from wrong
through my mistakes and experiences to help me in future situations. She also taught me to never give up and mother's no matter what. This is

The Battle Between Grendel And Beowulf
Carl Van Clausewitz once said, "Courage, above all things, is the first quality of a warrior." In a culture where being a warrior is a very integral
part of everyday lives, having courage is a key component of social survival. To have courage means to be able to defend a kingdom by every means
possible. It means protecting and ascertaining the wellbeing of the people within one's own kingdom. And above all, courage means remaining loyal to
one's king, regardless of the circumstance. This is the warrior culture that Beowulf in Beowulf was a part of successfully as a thane, and the same
warrior culture that leads the narrator in The Wanderer to lament past memories. In Beowulf, the fight betweenGrendel and Beowulf was certainly a
nail–biter. In this fight, however, Beowulf shows his courage by doing his absolute best at defending the kingdom by taking on this gruesome
monster. Grendel was wreaking havoc on the kingdom to no end. He was killing many and terrorizing the citizens greatly. When Beowulf heard of
this, as a courageous thane, he stepped in to try to stop this and protect the people. "Hygelac's kinsman kept [Grendel] helplessly locked in a handgrip.
As long as either lived, he was hateful to the other. The monster's whole body was in pain; a tremendous wound appeared on his shoulder. Sinews split
and the bone–lappings burst. Beowulf was granted the glory of winning; Grendel was driven under the fen–banks, fatally hurt, to his desolate lair (Lines

The Importance Of A Multi Criteria Rating System
While reputation bootstrapping concerns trust initializing of newcomer agents in the absence of historical information [18]. Rebootstrapping, on the
other hand, is an exploration strategy in the absence of trustworthy agents. The term "rebootstrapping" was first introduced by Griffiths [19], referring
to a strategy when there are no trusted agents that provide the required capabilities, the agent with the highest trust level based on some probabilistic
models from the pool of untrustworthy agents will be selected. More specifically, rebootstrapping strategy can help avoiding deadlock when in a
certain situation all interacting agents are distrusted and are not considered for cooperation. Braynov et al. [8] state that the condition for market
efficiency does not require complete trustworthiness assessment. They propose trust revelation mechanism which involves agents holding accurate
estimates of one another at the beginning of every transaction, even if they are untrustworthy. In other words, agents having trust value to the degree
they deserve to be trusted can transact as efficiently as trustworthy agents. Similar to a multi–criteria rating system called FIRE [20] which is capable of
handling changeability problem in participant's behaviours or relationships (for example, when a former trustworthy partner becomes unreliable or
breaks the old relationships). To cope with such circumstances, FIRE model continuously monitors the performance of components and adopts learning

The results of the regression indicated the four predictors explained 30% of the variance (F(4, 248) = 28.000, p–value < 0.01; Adjusted R2 = 0.300). It
was found that security perception (ОІ = 0.379, p–value = 0.000) influenced privacy seal effectiveness on a 5% significance level, informativeness had a
negative influence on willingness to purchase (ОІ = –0.115, p–value = 0.063), while informativeness (ОІ = 0.074, p–value = 0.109) had a positive
influence only on a 10% significance level and awareness had no significant effect on willingness to purchase (ОІ = 0.039, p–value = 0.530). In
addition, it was found that privacy seal effectiveness had a positive impact on willingness to purchase (ОІ = 0.201, p–value = 0.007). The maximum
variance inflation factor in the model was 1.925, suggesting that multicollinearity was not an issue (VIF = 1.925 < 6.000). Thus, It can be concluded
that privacy seal effectiveness partially mediated the effect of security perception and informativeness on willingness to purchase and fully mediated
this effect of awareness on a 5% significance

Examples Of Interview With My Father
Joe Krisciunas
My Interview Assignment
I chose my father, Joe Krisciunas, to interview, as I felt he had a positive Fundamental Stance. I know Mr. Krisciunas because he, as stated, is my
father. I chose him because he has been such an excellent father to me over the years, and has done much for me and for my family. He is hardworking,
intelligent, and provides for everyone in our family, although he works very hard as an electrical engineer, he still makes time for his family, and
for God. He goes above and beyond when it comes to being a family member, helping us with our homework, teaching us the value of hard work,
and helping us to build character and other skills that will help us later in life. He is always honest, truthful, kind and reverent. He never tells lies,
never acts cruelly towards others, and always does his best to raise his kids to be moral and upstanding members of society. It is for all of these
reasons that I chose to interview my father.

it is sometimes difficult for him to not get frustrated. He wants to help others, but sometimes it is tricky to help others struggle with something that
he finds simple, and he can get stressed and frustrated as a result. For reverence, my father says that, because of his busy life and his work, it is

Characteristics Of Bill Cox
Leader/ Partner Report When trying to decide who I wanted to do my report with, I found it extremely easy as I knew that I wanted Bill Cox, an
education division professor. Bill Cox, is an extremely nice person that I enjoy having conversations with. He has been there for me through my ups
and lows and has pushed me towards the right direction. Before switching major from education to sport management, I thought I was not going to see
or talk to him as much, but we still manage to communicate till this day. Bill has impacted my life for the better and I will forever remember him for
that. Furthermore, I will be exemplifying his personal traits, cognitive factors, and charisma. The three personality traits that Bill Cox exemplifies are
self–confidence, assertiveness, and trustworthiness. Self–confidence simply improves one's performance in a variety of tasks, including leadership. One
increases self–confidence from their experiences of having accomplished particular activities. It is a positive belief that in the future you will be able
to succeed in something that someone else wishes to do. Also, there are many ways yourself confidence could show, which is your behavior, your
body language, how you speak, and what you say. Another personality trait that Bill has is that he is assertive, according to Dubrin (2016) it means
"when a person is forthright in expressing demands, opinions, feelings, and attitudes. Being assertive helps leaders perform many task and achieve
goals.

Can Contract Theory Explain Social Preferences?
Analytical Summary: Can Contract Theory Explain Social Preferences? One of the revolutionary changes in the economic thinking is taking into
account the effect of social preferences on economic activities. During the last two decades, experimental economics showed that, social preferences
play an important role on the economic activities. For example, Knack and Keefer (1997) proved that, trust and civic duty have important contribution
to economic growth. Also, Slemrood (2003) find out that, real per capita income is higher in more trusting societies. Economists fail to understand
fundamental economic questions when they disregard social preferences. Therefore, studies related to effect of social preferences on economy are
highly important. In this regard, Macleod (2007) introduces the possibility of improvements of social preferences in a way that it will lead to a better
economy. He assumes that fairness and trustworthiness plays an important role for contractual relations, which affects the economic activity. He shows
in this article that, desired contractual activities could be achieved by improving fairness and trustworthiness of people. In his study, Macleod
investigated the effect of social preferences on economic performance. As recent researchers suggest, for well functioning economy, there is lot of
things to learn from psychology. In this respect, Macleod considers fairness and trust to be the most important factors for alleviating distortionary
effects of

My Weakgth And Strengths

  • 1. My Weakgth And Strengths Every human being has strengths whether they see and recognize them or not. I know that it can be hard for a person to acknowledge their strengths but it is always good to do this. In doing so a person learns more about themselves, and I believe that it helps them in their self–esteem. While people do have strengths, there are areas in which a person can exhibit continued growth. No human being is perfect, and that is okay. It is okay if one acknowledges the diminished growth and strives to make it more useful. While it is hard for me to acknowledge and talk about my strengths, I know that I have them because God gives us strengths and talents. He gives them to us so that we can use them to foster a good place for humanity and to strive to follow His footsteps. One of the strengths that I believe I have is that I engage in sacred trust. This is because I consider myself a trustworthy person. If someone tells me something, I will maintain confidentiality and keep that between us. This is because I believe that trust is something that can be easily broken and it is always best to aim always to keep that trust with someone. Exhibiting trust to others is a value that I live by. I know that many people suffer from distrust and Iwant to let them know that there are people that they can trust and that will listen to them with a truly open heart. Another strength that I believe I have is that I am kind. The reason that I believe this is because I really do think that I use my ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 2. What Is Trust And Evaluate Why Trust? Trust, is a belief in responsibility, truth, or ability of someone or something; it is also an acceptance in the truth even without evidence or investigation; and a state of being responsible for someone or something (Oxford Dictionary, 2017). Nowadays, trust is becoming more important as we live in a time that is full of uncertainty. However, trust in government and business has a breakdown in the result of the global financial crisis and the collapse of high profile banks, with the failure of government recue plan (Hope–Hailey et al, 2012). The CIPD Megatrends report published in 2013 in the UK claimed ' Trust in many organisations is weak – the latest survey findings show that just 29% of employees think trust in senior management is ... In short, direct reciprocity is "fair but weak"; but indirect is "strong but unfair"(Conell and Mannision, 2017), as if a seller on eBay refuse to lower the price in trader's favour, trader could "punish" the seller by giving negative feedback, and this feedback can be seen publicly for other buyers before they engage biding (Bolton and Ockenfels). Why trust is important Robinson (1996) claimed trust is an important factor affecting employee's behaviour, because trust in employer influence employee's belief in the likelihood of employer's future actions will be beneficial, agreeable, and not harmful to employee's own interest (Alfes, Shantz, and Truss). Additionally, the psychological contract that focuses on the exchange of perceived promises and commitments has been increasingly in use in studying employment relationship. Herroit and Pemberton (1997) defined psychological contract as the perceptions of both organisation and individual relationship of the mutual promises and obligations implied in the relationship. Not only does the management of psychological contract face issues of the way to conceptualise and manage employment relation, it also influence organizational culture and climate (Guest and Conway, 2002), as Guest (1998) suggested organisational culture and climate of high involvement and partnership, HR ... This section outlines some of the available methods for designing for inclusivity. Much of the existing research around designing for trust online focuses on increasing users' trust. Researchers Riegelsberger, Sasse, and McCarthy (2005) instead decided to design a framework focusing on factors that lead the "trusted actor" (service provider) to act in a trustworthy manner. The design heuristics include stable identity, traceability/accountability, group membership, group identity, social presence, and recording outcomes. By limiting users to ATB Financial customers, trust is created through stable identity and group... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This is the most common way to establish trust in the collaborative economy. A complaint of these reputation systems is the accuracy of reviews given and the tendency to only provide extremely satisfied or extremely unsatisfied reviews. Some platforms are aware of this and incorporate mechanisms to encourage accurate, average reviews. For example, Airbnb added a feature in 2014 to reveal host and guest reviews simultaneously to make both parties feel comfortable in leaving honest reviews without the worry of a dishonest retaliatory review. The ATB gig site will not only reveal reviews simultaneously, it will have a template for constructive feedback. The template will ask for a rating and/or review of specific behaviours, such as adhering to the terms of the agreement. Both parties, in advance of the gig, will negotiate the agreement to facilitate clear communication and expectations. Rare and used mostly in online gaming, hybrid trust models use both network structure and interactions to compute trust. In this model, interacting users exchange friend lists that are saved as a friendship graph. The more frequent the interactions and the longer their duration, the higher the trust value. This is an infrequently used trust model. This model may be considered for a future iteration of the site, but only for ATB employees to identify service providers who would be a good fit for a permanent role with ATB. ... • 5. Characteristics Of Leadership In Ender's Game And The Lady... Aspects of a leader can be found everywhere in any person. The qualities of being a leader are described differently in many ways that appeal to the way a person is exposed to. The elements of a leader are used to define characteristics of a person. These qualities are used to describe characters in Ender's Game and in "The Lady or, The Tiger". Although the King in "The Lady or The Tiger" showsleadership in a non–respected way, While Ender, from Ender's Game, has better qualities that are respected considering he has good control, is trustworthy, which shows how the author feels what makes a leader. The importance of control can give a leader the strength they need to carry out what they want to pursue. Ender commands a new army and as a new leader he has to show that he means business and power over his soldiers. "They were already, milling around near the entrance. Ender took charge at once... Ender walked up and down the aisle."(Card 112). This quote points out that Ender is already on his soldiers toes making sure that they do what he had instructed. Thinking back to control, Card uses what Ender must do to display his power over the soldiers and get them to respect him. Also, Ender displays control when his army is in the battle room practicing and the soldiers aren't performing as well as Ender wanted them. "' What was the circus I saw out here! Did you call that forming up? Did you call that flying? Now everybody, launch and form upon the ceiling! Right now! Move!'"(Card 114). This citation shows Ender's ability to bark orders and have control over his soldiers to get them to do as he demands them to do. It shows the reader how confident and mature Ender actually is. However, the King uses the bad side of leadership and control. He is so overly controlling that it frightens his citizens. Ender shows true leadership when he is controlling his army in a good way that makes his army respect him and his decisions. Another aspect that makes a good leader is the ability to gain the trust of their followers and to be trustworthy in return. Ender shows that he is a trustworthy person when he uses his control to help his army succeed by giving out orders and his soldiers rely and trust him to make sure that ... • 6. The Bitter Taste Of Vanilla As the bitter taste of vanilla extract went down my throat, I wondered how exactly I let this person fool me. The person in question was my oldest sister. I was around 9 at the time. My parents were out, leaving my older siblings to watch my 10 year old sister and me. My sister had convinced us that vanilla extract tasted just vanilla cake. Since both of us were fans of cake, we were excited to drink it. I should have seen the warning signs. She told us that if we didn't like it, we were not allowed to spit it out or get a drink of water. We still stupidly agreed to do it. I took a swig of the extract and immediately spit it out. My sister made me drink more of it. It burned my mouth and left me in tears. After this horrific incident, my other sister, who had managed to drink it without problem, and I consoled each other. My sister does not remember this, but I do and it taught me an important message. Never give anyone, including family, your full trust. Any child that grew up with siblings has felt the wrath of their brothers or sisters. Whether they are older or younger, siblings can cause a lot of damage. They can teach you a lot about trust. You always have to wonder why a sibling is being nice to you for no apparent reason. They were not nice because they loved you, but because they wanted to do or get something from you. Creating a vision of a desired future that is appealing to employees and other stakeholders is an important part of being a leader. An appealing vision provides stakeholders and organizations direction (Maak and Pless, 2006). Finally, leadership in a business organization based on stakeholder theory requires leaders who are servants versus ones who are served. This requires leaders who show care and concern for employees and other stakeholders and to recognize that assisting employees in reaching their potential enables the organization to achieve its financial, social, and ethical goals. Responsible leadership is not about the grandiosity of a leader. It is about who the leader serves and requires humility, modesty, and a desire to support and care for the interests and needs of others (Maak and Pless, 2006). In earning the trust of stakeholders to become trustworthy, the business leader has to follow–through on stated objectives and goals. In other words, the leader has to "walk the talk" and accomplish what he or she has stated will be done or lose credibility from employees and other stakeholders. To become trustworthy, the leader must show integrity, honesty, morality, ability, reliability, and a genuine concern for the welfare of others. The leader must show that he ... It is important that I, as the researcher and the instrument of data collection and analysis, can ensure the quality and clarity of my research for my audience. Merriam (1998) states that "research is concerned with producing valid and reliable knowledge in an ethical manner" p. 198). It is my job, as the researcher, to establish credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability in an ethical and professional manner. Woodside (2010) defines credibility as the representation of multiple realities of the process that the researcher examines adequately, and submits his/her interpretation to the scrutiny of the participants who provided the original data for authentication. Janesick (2000) claims credibility in education has to do with whether the description fits the explanation or multiple interpretations. The participants, she adds, have to review the material because qualitative research is open to the public. • 10. Why Trust Is A Bond That Brings Humans Hard to gain; easily lost. Trust is earned, not given. Trust is a bond that brings humans as closely as love does. Trust could be a feeling, or a cause and effect type of thing. Of course, one cannot say that trust is infinite. Because trust can be gained and lost, and is seen in the actions of us humans as we live our lives. Some perceive trust as being put it in things such as, God, science, doctors, parents, or even water treatment plant operators. Other people look at trust only within in a relationship perspective, such as, being there for your mate. For example, trusting, supporting and showing genuine care for one another. Trust should be earned not given, and some of the traits of trust are authenticity, experience, confidence, honesty, and integrity. Authenticity is a trait of trust. Being authentically trustworthy requires that you be honest in all your dealings –– big and small. For example, a big way of being authentic in all your dealings is let's say that you're married to your wife/husband and he/she is going to alcohol for relief from stress. Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship Essay Given the increase in organizational downsizings, layoffs, asset write–offs and executive bailouts, how important is the trust factor in defining a good leader? Without an established trust relationship a leader is unable to be effective. The problem to be investigated is the value of trustworthiness and ethical stewardship in the construct of the organizational leadership model. This paper shall explore the co–functions of trust and ethical stewardship and its impact on leadership effectiveness. In order for interpersonal trustworthiness to exist in organizations, a leader–follower relationship must first exist between the parties involved (Caldwell et al., 2010, p. 500). Once that leader–follower relationship is established, leaders have to earn trust. Leaders earn trust by their respective actions, morals and virtues. Trust is can also be based on past history. If something was done in the past which questions a leader's values, morals or judgment, it would be unlikely that the leader would be trusted in the future. One of the most important parts of being an effective leader is building and maintaining trust. Trust can further be defined as a "multi–dimensional construct comprising different dimensions of the trustee's attributes that the trustor evaluates" (Ingenhoff and Sommer, 2010, p. 341). Ethical stewardship is a concept that fosters policies of fairness to all. Ethical stewards use guiding principles that are ethical and moral. Caldwell states that" The concept of ethical stewardship has its roots in stakeholder theory" (Caldwell et al., 2007, p. 154). Stakeholder theory is very similar to Milton Friedman's classical theory of business, which essentially holds that businesses should be solely devoted to increasing profits (Friedman, 1970, para 33). • 13. Leadership, Trustworthiness And Ethical Stewardship Running head: Ethical Leadership 1 Ethical Leadership Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship The problem to be investigated is; how the leaders manage to stay ethical in their role while maintaining trust with the followers and focus on organisational goals. Most of the times, the biggest responsibility of leaders is to lead the team of the people to achieve organisational goals willingly. Leaders are supposed to create harmony between the workforce and management so that win–win situation can be created. It is a challenge for the leaders to play this role successfully and they can be accused of any partiality or favouritism by either management or the employees. In order to effectively win the trust of organisational management and the team members, the leaders adopt the role of steward and focus on the ethical conduct. Since it is impossible for them to gratify every body all the time, by putting organizational interest ahead of their personal interest and following the ethical conduct, they succeed in increasing the acceptance of their decisions. Even though management or team members may disagree with their opinions and initiatives, they still keep on believing that the decisions taken by the leaders are ethical and will be in favour of the organisations and team members. They may not see the immediate impact but the long term consequences may become favourable. This repute and notion gives the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

However, most certainly, we can also think of someone we would describe as a bad leader. The common trait among the bad leaders that I have worked with was their lack of trustworthiness. These leaders were deemed untrustworthy because they would tell people what they wanted to hear, not the truth. They would articulate one thing to one employee and something else to another employee. They would pass their employee's work off as their own. And they would exclude team members from important meetings and decisions. Therefore, as a result of these negative behaviors, no longer was I able to grant them the benefit of the doubt and I... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This was a sure sign of his lack of integrity and loyalty. His dishonesty was a direct result of his unwillingness to admit what he did was wrong. Withholding information from team members was also a trait this leader employed. O'Toole and Bennis (2009) stated that "Leaders try to hoard and control information because they believe it is a source of power" (p. 11). I consider this to be true for this specific leader. He would deliberately hoard information so that others would not have the same knowledge as he. Again, this deceitful act was an indication of his lack of communicating honestly and his lack of integrity. True leaders are selfless not self–serving (Mckinney, 2000/2009). This leader was putting his own success above all else, therefore I could not put my trust in him. A leader cannot be successful without building a trusting rapport with their followers. Without trust, a leader will be unsuccessful motivating and influencing employees to follow them. People will not follow someone they do not trust. According to O'Toole and Bennis, "Leaders first must trust others before others will trust them" (2009, p. 13). Although the act of enlisting trust in your followers, is in essence giving away some of your power, leaders will essentially gain authority because they will have followers who will want to support them. ... • 16. Characteristics Of A Friend Who Falls Under All Of These... We all have friendships with everyone. To some people, they have deep friendships while others just use and abuse their friends. We shouldn't abuse our friends, we should care for our friends. They're all important! Friends can provide support, comfort, and help and even have fun with each other. When I look for friends, I make sure that they possess many qualities. Some traits I look for in a friend is that they're kind, honest, trustworthy and accepting of my unique ideas. I remember in kindergarten when she brought me a slice of pizza for lunch. More specifically, a tomato–basil slice of pizza. • 21. The Field Of Computer Engineering In the field of computer engineering many virtues can apply and many of them may change depending on the situation. The virtues will also be different depending on which part of the code of ethics is considered. For instance the part of the code that discusses "avoiding injuring others, their property, reputation, or employment by false or malicious action" has many virtues that could be applied to it. Those virtues could be care, caution, focus and honesty. To care about avoiding injuring others is fairly important because if an individual did not care or were careless then any project that they might work on could become dangerous to themselves or other individuals and also just not be complete. However if they were to care too much then the project could never be completed as they would find certain components of it to be too "dangerous". In this sense the professional is overanalyzing a situation and believing that a hazardous outcome will happen even though it most likely never would happen. For the virtue of caring a professional would want to be in the middle ground by caring enough to not make the project completely dangerous and also to recognize that there is no way to make something one hundred percent safe. Caution is also a good virtue and is very much related to caring because if you do not care about a certain situation then why would someone be cautious. • 24. Eassy On Honesty "Honesty is the best policy", we have all heard this saying time and time again. From a very young age we have been told lying is frowned upon and yet it seems to be an innate skill rooted deep within us. While basic in nature, telling the truth seems to be an extremely difficult task for the majority of people. Being honest often goes against our natural instinct of self preservation. Those who are able to rise above the temptation of lying and resist the easy way out of uncomfortable situations truly understand what it means to be an honest person. Honesty is the single most important virtue that a person can have. It builds the foundation for healthy relationships, it is essential in building trust and having integrity, and tells a lot about someones character. The challenging aspect of honesty is it isn't black white. Some might argue it is best tolie in order to protect someones feelings or to keep the peace. There is the age old question, "does this make me look fat?". It has been ingrained into the minds of men everywhere that the answer is always no. It has come to be a common belief that it is better to protect someones feelings rather than give it to them straight. This is where society is sadly mistaken. Being an honest person is more than just telling the truth when it is beneficial, it is about always sticking to the truth no matter the repercussions. On the whole, team meetings is a very important part of the whole team building process. How I will be implementing team meetings will be based on an effective and appropriate format. The following is a step–by–step process of how I will be holding my meetings: "1, Make your objective clear. A meeting must have a precise and definite purpose. Are you looking for input from others on a difficult facing the company? Are you looking to arrive at a decision on a specific matter? Standing meetings with ambiguous resolutions, such as "status updates," are rarely a good use of time. 2. Contemplate who is invited. • 26. Reflection On Trust About a year ago today my family was going through many issues that affected my mental well being tremendously. Being "home" was similar to being lost, it was a world I wasn't equipped for, and no longer wanted to be apart of. Things at home took such a turn that my mother sent my sister to live in Florida with her father, I knew then I no longer had a purpose to stay. Following this occasion, I started to ask around for places to live, I even went as far as looking for rooms to rent in the area. Generously one of my best friends, Jessica, offered to let me stay with her for the remainder of the school year. She and her parents took me in days later, accepting me with loving arms. Living with my friends family started to become more of a home to me than any home I'd lived in prior. This transformation in my life was one of the first in which I allowed myself to be cared for by others. With this I want to explore the idea of trust within my life, and how it has affected me. Trust is something I was taught over time not to believe in, or more importantly I was shown not to believe in. Throughout many of my life experiences I've learned that trust can only be plausible if my attitudes towards the idea would permit it. My sense of trust within people has been diminished, leaving me with the notion that trusting is a huge risk. The risk of being "let down" by someone who chose not to commit to an act, is a risk I am normally am not able to perform. After countless occasions of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Our direct represents us, more than words ever could. It turns into the reason for both notoriety and sense of pride. Individuals of trustworthiness can be relied on to support what it is correct, regardless of the possibility that it is implies getting that individual stuck in an unfortunate situation, and to make the wisest decision notwithstanding when there is nobody around to see. Ordinarily in my life I have had honesty issues. Trustworthiness enables other individuals to believe us since they realize that we esteem our responsibilities and try to live by them. When you don't demonstrate honesty sometimes, it can make that individual not believe you and can hurt your relationship. Trustworthiness, the antonym is deceptive nature and the equivalent word is respect. Trustworthiness is a rule through which a man can procure regard and respect. Regard and respect from others helps construct enduring individual and business connections, which prompts long haul achievement. To start with we should characterize respectability which is making the best decision reliably. That implies that we should do the legitimately and ethically adjust thing inevitably. The notion of consensual politics in Nordic countries is built on a culture of equality and the importance of persistently trustworthy behaviour which are based on a common set of values (Delhey and Newton, 2004). These Nordic countries include Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland and Denmark. The following values, institutional and political characteristics are typically highlighted when making reference to these countries: egalitarianism by means of universal and generous social insurance systems, solidarity, public welfare service systems, proactive labour market and finally agreed industrial policies which maintain a level of consensus within Nordic politics (Strandberg, 2006). These characteristics have been one of the main reasons for the development of their comprehensive welfare provisions, which creates a sense of solidarity among these countries (Kuhnle, 1991: Peterson, 1994 cited in Lee Miles, 1996). This paper will start by assessing and defining the existence of consensual Nordic politics today by discussing how it had been in the past, and then looking at the future of consensual politics in Nordic countries. Also in this essay the two countries, which will be compared, are Finland and Sweden showing, which state has maintained a consensual form of policy making and which have had more of a decline and how it got to that point. It will then go on to explain the reasons for the decline and what sort of reforms can be done in order to ensure a rise in consensual ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Having the trust and respect of others is one of the key abilities of being a successful leader. Having a positive influence on people is one of the many jobs of being an effective leader. In our book, Clement Stone is credited as saying, "Analyze your life in terms of its environment. Are the things around you helping you toward success – or are they holding you back?" The same can be said for the people in your life. Are they there to help guide you to be a better leader or are they holding back your abilities of becoming successful. 1. In Shakespeare 's play, The Merchant of Venice, the main character, Antonio, deliberately protects his honorable friend in every way possible. It was questionable if his love for Bassanio can weigh the same amount as Bassanio's love for him. True friends must always show justice, forgiveness, and an ability to take a risk when necessary; an involvement or any interference of a person's business may be required for the sake of one's happiness. A genuine friendship involves trust, forgiveness, and the willingness to sacrifice without any fear of judgement or negative criticism. As Bassanio comes into Antonio's room to ask for money, Bassanio beats around the bush by flattering the honorable Antonio, but Antonio senses the truth, "I pray you, good Bassanio, let me know it; ... In a culture where being a warrior is a very integral part of everyday lives, having courage is a key component of social survival. To have courage means to be able to defend a kingdom by every means possible. It means protecting and ascertaining the wellbeing of the people within one's own kingdom. And above all, courage means remaining loyal to one's king, regardless of the circumstance. This is the warrior culture that Beowulf in Beowulf was a part of successfully as a thane, and the same warrior culture that leads the narrator in The Wanderer to lament past memories. In Beowulf, the fight betweenGrendel and Beowulf was certainly a nail–biter. In this fight, however, Beowulf shows his courage by doing his absolute best at defending the kingdom by taking on this gruesome monster. Grendel was wreaking havoc on the kingdom to no end. He was killing many and terrorizing the citizens greatly. When Beowulf heard of this, as a courageous thane, he stepped in to try to stop this and protect the people. "Hygelac's kinsman kept [Grendel] helplessly locked in a handgrip. As long as either lived, he was hateful to the other. Rebootstrapping, on the other hand, is an exploration strategy in the absence of trustworthy agents. The term "rebootstrapping" was first introduced by Griffiths [19], referring to a strategy when there are no trusted agents that provide the required capabilities, the agent with the highest trust level based on some probabilistic models from the pool of untrustworthy agents will be selected. More specifically, rebootstrapping strategy can help avoiding deadlock when in a certain situation all interacting agents are distrusted and are not considered for cooperation. Braynov et al. [8] state that the condition for market efficiency does not require complete trustworthiness assessment. They propose trust revelation mechanism which involves agents holding accurate estimates of one another at the beginning of every transaction, even if they are untrustworthy. In other words, agents having trust value to the degree they deserve to be trusted can transact as efficiently as trustworthy agents. Similar to a multi–criteria rating system called FIRE [20] which is capable of handling changeability problem in participant's behaviours or relationships (for example, when a former trustworthy partner becomes unreliable or breaks the old relationships).
