I believe that that fate played the greater role because it brought Romeo and Juliet together, it caused
Romeo and Juliet to be born into enemy families and brought the Montagues and the Capulets
together in the end. If fate had not played the main role Romeo might not have ended up with Juliet.
I think that character traits would have left Romeo chasing after Rosaline and Juliet married to Paris.
If not for fate, the plot would have been completely different. Fate brought Romeo and Juliet

Overall I think QTC's performance of Romeo and Juliet, with a cast consisting of Thomas Larnkin,
Melanie Zanetti, Ross Ballbusiente, Simon Burvill–Holmes, Tim Dashwood, Norman Doyle, Steven
Grives, Caroling Kennison, Andrew More, Veronica Neave, Nick Skubji and Steven Tandy was a
performance that one would recommend for the older audiences or those who have an interest in
Shakespearian theatre for those it would be a great show; If they had thrown in a 10 minute

interviewed two people about true love. My friend Brian Penna 15, shared his point of view on love

In the play titled , "Romeo and Juliet" , Romeo and Juliet , both raised by the two main feuding

about this is , I don't believe Romeo and Juliet realized this either . As we got further in the story and

Some differences in the time period that I noticed were the members of the Capulet and Montague
families had arranged marriages. An arranged marriage means the parents tell their children who
they want to marry. After their parents tell them who they think their child should marry, the
marriage ceremony will be arranged. I think that Shakespeare put arranged marriages into the play
because he is trying to show us what happen in the 15th century. In the play, they actually
experience it. In the movie, they are showing that they are doing a news article about the marriage.
Also, I was expecting to see a little bit more of an older movie scene. The movie has a ton of
differences, but they are good differences.

I think Luhrmann did a better job at capturing the story in a decade where we could better
understand what was happening. He did an outstanding job at emphasizing the dialogue. There were
many differences between Luhrmann's version and Zeffirelli's version. I believe that Zeffirelli did a
more refined job at creating a performance which closely relates to the story. Overall, I would have

play. Not only were the actors age very accurate, their portrayal of the characters were so believable
