4.  I’m Ankit Nikumbh. I’m studying in Engineering
College in E.C. stream at G.E.C. Bhavnagar.
 I came to Mr. Arun G. Nikumbh for my part of
project on Contributive Personality
Development.
 This project is very important for my future.As
this subject for contribution of any person to
society or for any social activity trust or any
foundation.
 So for this I can take only few minutes for this
interview and just giving the answers of my few
questions.
 Mr. Arun Nikumbh was teacher for deaf and
dumb school as a craft teacher in K.L.Institute
for deaf in Bhavnagar.He just retired in May
2014.
 Finally I were going to start my interview.

5. Q. HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE??
 Ans. I have experienced there for 35 years

6. Q. SINCE YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL…SIR,HOW
DO YOU TAKE YOUR WORK??
 Ans. I took my work you can say all as like
mission,goal,challenge or as new
establishment.Because I knew That that to
teach deaf and dumb student is not very easy.
 It was hard for me for first time that I didn’t know
about their sign language and I cant explain
them what I want to say them so I confused so
much.
 But finally I decided to teach them and to get
success in my teaching field.

7. Q. ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT ARE THE
QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL
EMPLOY??
 Ans. The best quality for this is your attitude.
Attitude to do best work with positive thinking
and your smart work with your good nature.

8. Q. DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL
CARIEER,YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME
CHALLENGES, HOW DO YOU TAKE IT??...AS
AN OPPORTUNITIES OR AS A HURDLE??
 Ans. During those time of my life some things I
took it as an opportunities and some as hurdle…
 But all those thing I faced during that time I
never lost my bravery and never tried to give
up. Always tried to smile.

9. Q. ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS A JOB
SATISFACTION??

 Ans. I think both.

10. Q. SIR,SOMETIMES IN YOUR CARRIER YOU
MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE NOT
WORKING ACCORDING TO YOUR
EXPECTATION. HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM
WORK??
 Ans. When I saw about that thing I take it easy
and try to do him/her for understanding the
situation by loving talk until he/she didn’t get
my words.

11. Q. SIR,SOMETIMES IN YOUR CARRIER YOU
MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR
SENIORS/AUTHORITIES ARE NOT SUPPORTING
ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATION. HOW
YOU MAKE THEM CONVINCE??
 Ans. For this situation only one thing I do that I
will start what I expect in wrong way until they
felt embarrassing.

12. Q. CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF
YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN WHICH YOU
DEMONSTRATE ‘YOU CAN DO’ ATTITUDE AND
OVERCOME THE ‘FEAR OF FAILURE’?
 Ans. Example for ‘I can do’ attitude is my joining
to the institute to train the deaf students…
 And for ‘overcome the fear of failure’ is one
mistake I had done once and situation was that
that I could lost my job also. But later it was
solved and I saved my job.

13. CONCLUSION
 Finally I met one of the best person in my life
which has contribute his talent to the society
 And make his own personality and good
position also.
