(44%) in 2019, according to Edison Research's The Infinite Dial
Report.

Diversity matters.
Josh Morgan of Quartz found that 85% of the randomly selected
American podcasts he sampled had at least one white host. As
shown in the chart below, two-thirds (66%) had a white male host.
Altogether, 18% of podcasts had a non-white host.

Technology (including internet/digital topics) – 40 minutes
Business – 35 minutes
The average of all participants in the study was 33 minutes.
