The Story Teller is a story by Hector Munro.The story begins in a railway
carriage.The occupants of the carriage were three children their aunt and a bachelor.The
aunt and the children were conversing inside the railway carriage.

2. ANALYSE THE PARAGRAPH
Teacher asks one of the students to read out the passage
Teacher asks them to find out the difficult words from the dictionary and then note it
down in their notebook
Teacher gives the explanation of difficult word meanings
Then teacher shows a puzzle chart containing meanings with Missing Letter s

3. Then teacher makes them discuss the paragraph and write down a summary of those
paragraphs.
Teacher selects some students by calling their role number to present the summary.
Then teacher reads and explain the paragraphs.
Teacher tells the students to find out the past tense words from the passage if any, or
present tense.
Then write maximum number of words in V1 , V2, V3 form in their notebooks.
QUESTION ANSWER SESSION
Teacher divides the class into two groups. Group A and Group B.
Then teacher asks the Group A to frame questions from paragraphs and Group B has to
answer and vice versa.
If they answer appropriately they will get 10 points
When Group A asks to Group A asks question to Group B, Group A will decide who is going
to answer the question.
Then teacher declares the winning team who scored maximum points.
ACTIVITY (HOME ASSIGNMENT)
Teacher makes them to frame questions and answers from the textbook as many
as possible as an activity.
