2. lifestyle can increase the risk for heart disease.in
these days heart diseases are common because of the
big error in the lifestyle.nowadays there are cars and
transportation to take you everywhere , so no need to
walk just stay still ,and this is very bad for the
health. movement is very important for the blood
circulation.

4. Heart Prickles
Did you ever felt like electricity or ridges in your chest near the
heart? This is mostly heart prickles.
Causes:
● feeling cold
● Being nervous ,Stress and anxiety
● Unhealthy diet
How to prevent?
● Have good lifestyle: play sport,have healthy diet,stay relaxed.

5. congestive heart failure
● It occurs when your heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it
should. such as narrowed arteries in your heart (coronary artery
disease) or high blood pressure, gradually leave your heart too weak or
stiff to fill and pump efficiently.
Symptoms:.Shortness of breath , Swelling, fatigue and weakness, rapid or
irregular heartbeat , constant coughing .
Causes: heart attack , high blood pressure, diabetes, lung or heart diseases
(emphysema ,heart valve) life style (diet , drugs and alcohol)
(Treatment at each stage of heart failure may involve changes to
medications, lifestyle behaviors, and cardiac devices. It will depend on
which stage you’re in (A,B,C,D)

6. ATHEROSCLOROSIS
Atherosclerosis is a specific type of arteriosclerosis,
Atherosclerosis refers to the buildup of fats,
cholesterol and other substances in and on your artery
walls (plaque), which can restrict blood flow.
The plaque can burst, triggering a blood clot.
CAUSES SYMPTOMS
● Chest pain or pressure (angina)
● Sudden numbness or weakness in your arms or legs
● Temporary loss of vision in one eye
● Drooping muscles in your face
● High blood pressure or kidney failure
● High blood pressure
● High cholesterol
● Smoking
● Insulin resistance, obesity or diabetes
● Inflammation from diseases, such as arthritis
