• A learning objective is

will be able to do when they
have completed instruction.

• Align learning assessment with your
learning objectives.
• Remember to use specific and
measureable verbs when writing them.
• Make sure that your learning objectives
are appropriate for your learner.
• Ask yourself if your learning objectives are
achievable and realistic.
