4. GOOEY ROLL ENTERPRISE is planning to produce a delicious and healthy sandwich roll
that comes with various types of ingredients like minced meat (chicken and beef),
seafood (crab filament and fish slice) and sauces such as, chili, barbecue and
mayonnaise. Other than that, we use tortilla as the wrapping because the crispy of the
wrapping will make the sandwiches taste better and it wraps the ingredients more
neatly compared to the bread.GOOEY ROLL ENTERPRISE is registered as a new company
that offers food services to the public. Sandwich is a popular type of food that is usually
self-prepared and can be taken anywhere. Nowadays, in urban areas, many people are
committed to their jobs and responsibilities causing them to have limited time and
sometimes forget to feed themselves. So, this company plans to serve the public a

• GOOEY ROLL ENTERPRISE is to provide multiple types of sandwiches at a reasonable cost and
providing good-tasting food that can give satisfaction to the mutual benefit of the Malaysian
consumer.
OBJECTIVES
• The company’s main objective is to produce innovated sandwich by serving multiple type of
sandwiches that can give satisfaction to the consumer. We want to sell the potential food which
had not yet been commercializes in Malaysia. Modification has been done by using tortilla as the
wrapping of the ingredients instead of using breads. In the future, GOOEY ROLL ENTERPRISE
expects to widen the business to all provinces in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. We are
planning to open many branches of restaurant and delivery services. Other objectives are:
• Plan to be ranked number one sandwiches restaurant in Malaysia while maintaining the trademark
of our fresh tasting product.
• As with all business, the most important goal of a company is to increase revenue and profits.
• Give customer satisfaction with good quality of sandwich.
• Practice our employees to inherit more integrity, ethics and can give open communication.
14. • GOOEY ROLL ENTERPRISE is focusing on providing fresh-
made sandwiches with variety of sauces and fillings as well
as providing delivery service to meet the publics’ demand
in Penang. Living in the urban era, most of the people
nowadays are busy with their jobs, running errands and
many more that most of them do not even have time to
prepare their meal themselves. That is why we provide
sandwiches, which are light, affordable fulfilling meal that
also offers delivery service that can ease people to fill their
stomachs even at their most hectic day. Although there are
many other companies that we need to compete with, we
will keep preparing a healthy and delicious sandwich that
meets the local taste of Malaysians.
17. • PRODUCT/SERVICE STRATEGY
• We classified the product of GOOEY ROLL ENTERPRISE as a fast food product. The word “GOOEY” is
used to describe our product. The meaning of the word “GOOEY” is soft and sticky.We are really
concern about the quality of our products and because of that we are very selective in selecting the
raw materials for our products. We only choose the best materials among the best. The raw
materials are tortilla, minced meat (chicken, and beef), sausage, seafood(crab filament, fish slices)
cheese, vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion, lettuce) and sauce like chilli, barbecue and mayonnaise.
• Using tortilla as the wrapping because the crispy wrapping will make the sandwich taste better and
also because it wraps the ingredients more neatly compared to the bread. GOOEY ROLL offers its
customers with two options for the tortilla which are the original and whole grain. On top of
that, GOOEY ROLL is also giving 3 special deals to its customers :
i) breakfast deal ii) wraps deals which is the main menu iii) desserts deals.
• This company plans to serve the public a healthy yet fast, light and fulfilling meal. For the packaging
we use paper wrapper instead of plastic wrapper as our packaging material. The advantage of using
paper wrapper is that we can protect our environment. As we know the use of plastic is not good
for the environment because it is not biodegradable, while paper is biodegradable. We also include
the sticker of our company logo on the paper wrapper so that people can recognize our company.

23. • Gooey Roll Enterprise will feature an outstanding New Malaysian Sandwish menu with a touch of Asian
influence in an upscale and cozy atmosphere.The menu is inspired from different cuisine's specialties and will
appeal to a wide and varied clientele. We will offer a three course ‘business lunch' prix fixe and a three course
dinner prix fixe in addition to the regular menu.
• We will be open 7 days a week. Serving lunch Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Dinner Sunday - Thursday,
between 5 PM - 10 PM. Friday and Saturday Dinner 5 PM - 11 PM. The lounge will be open until 2 AM Friday and
Saturday. Sunday - Thursday the lounge will stay open till 12 AM. Saturday and Sunday we will serve brunch
between 11 AM - 3 PM. We will be closed on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We will be
open on large holidays such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekend. These are three big
weekends 'down the shore' that brings many tourists to the area.
• The restaurant will have paintings and drawings from some of the areas most notable new artists. Once a month
the Gooey Roll Enterprise will feature a new artist and their work. This will give the art community an
opportunity to show their work in a friendly and exciting atmosphere. We will send out special invitations for
the opening night and attract many people and newspapers. The showing will only take place in the Gooey Roll
Enterprise so we can still seat people in the restaurant.
• Every Monday night (most bars and restaurants are closed in Monmouth County on Mondays) we will have
'Restaurant Night.' This will give the other restaurant owners and employees a chance to socialize on a 'night off'
and it will contribute to a sense of community in the local industry.
• We will have special Sandwich Tasting Evenings, a five course meal featuring new sandwiches sponsored by our
distributors. Customers can come and learn more about sandwiches and food! Other special evenings at Gabri's
are Easter dinner, Penang Midsummer, our famous Smörgåsbord, Fourth of July celebrations, Labor Day
weekend and Christmas dinners.
• Gooey Roll Enterprise and Restaurant will be the perfect place when customers need that 'little extra.' They can
have business meetings here, a place for a quiet conversation, or for a special occasion. We will make full course
meals for customers' special occasions.
