MaaMee’s name is in honour of all mothers and grandmothers who are natural
providers of nourishment for their families from a baby’s dependency on breast milk
to cooking the tastiest family meals
Like our mothers and grandmothers we take all precautionary measures to ensure
the safety of our food. We source our raw materials from only approved and
certified vendors. Our kitchen layout and top of the line equipment are a Chef’s
delight. Our detailed standard operating procedures for every kitchen activity
guarantees consistency and quality
As a food co-packer, we are a one-stop shop for cooking and have the ability to help
our clients fulfil their orders. For example, event caterers can leave the cooking to us
while they focus on growing their business

5. Olise Amudo
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Amudo is the Chief Operating Officer of MaaMee Foods Ltd. and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s business development, corporate
strategy, financial planning, and capital raising activities. Mr. Amudo graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his undergraduate years he completed two internships with Goldman Sachs with the most recent being within the
Asset Management Division based out of Chicago, Illinois. Prior to MaaMee Foods, Mr. Amudo worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond
James in their financial services sector where he covered depository and non-depository institutions. During this time, he was engaged in various M&A
transactions; Capital Raising activities; and the preparation of materials used for client presentations.

Rita Nwachukwu
General Manager
Mrs. Nwachukwu, holds a Higher Diploma Degree in Marketing from the Federal Polytechnic Offa (2001). Through the years, she has developed various
retail and managerial experiences including but not limited to the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Mrs. Nwachukwu has invaluable
experience in the areas of business development, client services, complaints handling, customer satisfaction and retention. Mrs. Nwachukwu has also
successfully completed projects outside of her comfort zone, she has been the lead project manager in building a four bedroom; two sitting room; and
five-bathroom home fully equipped with a renewable energy solar panel grid within the compound. She has a strong track record of successfully
managing a diverse group of individuals to accomplish a set task whilst displaying a high level of professionalism, patience and ingenuity. She is the
General Manager at MaaMee Foods Ltd. with her primary roles including senior management and revenue generation.
Oluwadamilola Essien
Head of Business Development
Mrs. Essien is the Head of Business Development at MaaMee Foods Ltd. and is responsible for researching accounts in targeted markets; contract
negotiations; deal structuring; revenue generation; maintaining client relationships and overseeing the sales and marketing team. Mrs. Essien holds a Law
degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, Nigeria, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She also attended the University of
Dundee, United Kingdom where she obtained a Masters of Law in Environmental Law and Policy. Prior to MaaMee Foods, Mrs. Essien worked with
various commercial law firms in Lagos Nigeria, where she practiced law as a solicitor as well as pursuing leads on behalf of her clients that manifested
into successful business relationships. During this time, she was engaged in regulatory compliance; reviewing and drafting of commercial agreements;
and coordinating the establishment of joint technical partnerships in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.

Ezekiel Adewole
Head of Corporate Finance
Mr. Adewole has both a B.Sc. (Hons) and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Lagos State University and also holds Master degree in Business
Administrations from Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U)-Ile Ife. He is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years of experience within the
Commercial Banking sector and Professional Services firms. A career that included multiple assignments with increasing responsibilities and during this
time, he served as a Risk Analysts and Team Lead in audit and control functions. He is responsible for Corporate Finance and Accounting and will use
excess cash reserves to drive investment activities for the Company.
Peter Moradeyo
Mobile Maira Ltd. – Technology Consultant
Mr. Moradeyo is the Chief Technology Officer at Mobile Maira Ltd, he is responsible for IT infrastructure deployment and implementation at MaaMee
Foods Ltd. He leads a team of developers & administrators in building robust and customized Applications & Platforms for retail consumer businesses.
He led the SoftForte Point of Sales development team that created an Inventory Management System deployed in over 400 retail stores nationwide and
with 2,000 active users. He is also the Chief Software Architect of Think AI Inc. builders of XchangeRate.io, a world-renowned algorithmic trading
platform. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and a Certified Accounting Technician with Association of Certified Chartered Accountants,
United Kingdom.

own meals either because of their demanding schedules or live alone in Nigeria

Kitchen Facility (1 of 2)
We have different preparation sections in the Kitchen
immediately it is supplied to our facility. Our raw materials are
being received at their different points, washed, before taking to
the cold room for storage.
• Sea Food Section: This is where all the sea foods that we
receive is been prepared.
• Poultry Section: Takes care of all poultry products.
• Vegetable Section: This section is where all preparations of
Vegetable takes place.
• Beef Section: The preparation of Beef takes place here,
washed before taking to the cold room for storage.

bag of rice at once
