SUMMARY
For young people, students, and others who cannot afford to eat at pricey restaurants,
Crispiece was created. Because our product is inexpensive, you may enjoy the same
wonderful, crispy chicken that you would find at upscale restaurants. Because chicken
with rice is so common in the Philippines, we decided to start this business. We created
flyers and social media accounts to spread the word about our businesses because they
are still relatively unknown. We also decided to go around with a mini-ban in public
places to increase awareness of our brands.

For them to have a delicious meal with low cost
product.

STATEMENT
We made this business because of these students and people
who can't afford to eat in expensive restaurants, we once used
to be one of them too. We know how they hold their wants to eat
delicious chicken or from eating at fast food restaurants
because of their empty pockets. This business provide a low cost
with high quality food, and designed to fill your hungry
stomachs.

SUMMARY
Crispiece is situated in the vicinity of Caloocan City at Bagong Silang (main).
This straightforward fastfood restaurant sells chicken and fries, which are also
ideal for special events like birthdays, anniversaries, and weekends. Crispiece
employs paper meal box, cups, and utensils to protect consumers from
chemicals and to benefit the environment, while the affordable prices are ideal
for satiating students' hunger after school. Crispiece strives to offer inexpensive,
high-quality cuisine while still being environmentally conscious. Every piece of
the Crispiece is crispy and delicious perfectly suits on our gravy. This is very
affordable for students and teachers who are hungry from school because of
studying and teaching. Everybody can eat here because it is open for everyone,
and it is also easy to find by passers-by. We use eco friendly plastics for take out
and stainless utensils, porcelain plates, fiber glass and tissues for dine in. We
make sure our customers are comfortable while eating, and we maintain a good
treatment to our customers. Crispiece will not disappoint you and Crispiece will
surely satisfy the hungers of your tummies.

We named our business 'Crispiece' combining 'Crispy' and 'piece'
because every pieces of our chicken is crispy. Its texture, taste and
crispness are make it unique with many other restaurants. And
with the full tummies because of our delicious chicken we make
'peace' that we all want.

We offer crispiece chicken,fries and also have rice and drinks
made with excellent ingredients all our product categories are
made by hand. here you can expect good dealings with
customers, you can also expect good services that customers
need.
MARKET
ANALYSIS
The target market is open to all demographic groups,
but it is particularly focused on serving all students
because this group has demonstrated a great deal of
interest in the quality of our products. The elderly are,
however, welcome to indulge their wants as well.

we use different social media platforms to promote our product
such as face book, Instagram, twitter and tiktok to boost our
product quickly and reach faraway places and we also use
fliers for other less focused on social media and also for other
information about our product

We offer chicken w/rice and fries with good quality and
low cost.

Our method for Promoting our product to consumers is
working or Internet company Promotion. We created a
Facebook page,Instagram,tiktok,and twitter for
Promotion.
III. Price
To make sure that we can still sell the product at a lower
price than our competitors We carefully examined the
product specific price range. Because our stall is located
near from school, where students are anticipated to be a
primary consumers.
IV. Place
Our stall is preferred in nearby schools because of the
specific price for students and also for our target market.
V. People
Our product is for everyone who wants to try our crispy
chicken in every bite.
VI. Packaging
When they take out the order we use a paper meal box and
plastic utensils. After that we'll put it on the paper bag. We
make sure that the way we package our chicken is clean.
VII. Process
We make sure that our customers are comfortable, we
maintain a social distances to them and a quiet
environment so they can enjoy their food. When customers
buy online we deliver their food directly to them, but we
have 30 pesos shipping fee.

Officer
The president is responsible for strategy and operations management, whereas the CEO
is tasked with deciding and pursuing the company mission, vision, and strategy, as well as
maintaining the financial success of the business.
Corporate Secretary Schedule board meetings, comply with meeting notice requirements, and document the
minutes of each meeting to maintain the integrity and validity of such meetings.
Assistant Corporate Secretary Providing support and advice to the Corporate Secretary in carrying out duties relating to
the effective governance and performance of the board and corporation, as well as
information on governance best practices.
Chief Financial Officer The CFO is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Their duties
include tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective
action plans when necessary and preparing accurate forecasts so that management can
make informed decisions about future investments or cuts.
Treasurer The main duties of a treasurer are to oversee the financial administration of the
organization, review procedures and financial reporting, advise the board on financial
strategy, and advise on fundraising.

Crispiece employs paper meal box, cups, and utensils to protect consumers from chemicals and to benefit the environment, while the affordable prices are ideal for satiating students' hunger after school. Crispiece strives to offer inexpensive, high-quality cuisine while still being environmentally conscious. Every piece of the Crispiece is crispy and delicious perfectly suits on our gravy. This is very affordable for students and teachers who are hungry from school because of studying and teaching. Everybody can eat here because it is open for everyone, and it is also easy to find by passers-by. We use eco friendly plastics for take out and stainless utensils, porcelain plates, fiber glass and tissues for dine in. We make sure our customers are comfortable while eating, and we maintain a good treatment to our customers.
