How did you use media technologies in the construction, research, planning and evaluation stages? I created a slide share power point explaining all the technologies that I use throughout my A-level media course.

2. Technologies.
■ Whilst creating all of my products I have used a range of technologies in order to
create all three of my final products that would suit my target audiences.Whilst using
these technologies I have learnt new skills and developed those that I learnt in AS
media
• Blogger
• Photoshop
• I-Movie
• Digital Camera
• Camcorder
• YouTube
• Facebook
• Apple Mac Computers

3. Blogger
■ Blogger has allowed me to share the audience
feedback and the journey of my product with others
to help me improve each product to the best of my
ability.
■ As well as this, It has also allowed me to contain all
my research and planning which I have needed to
refer back to throughout the whole project.

4. Photoshop and IMovie
■ Photoshop has allowed to create products that have synergy between them by
creating logos and editing pictures that can be used in multiple products.
■ iMovie has allowed me to create a music video to the best of my ability with the
different effects that it allows me to use and the range of texts and transitions. I also
made use of the precision editor in order to create precision lip syncing and videos that
mix in together well.

5. The camera’s and computer.
■ The cameras allowed me to create a high definition video whilst both taking pictures
and filming.Often I would make use of having both a camera and camcorder and often
take shots of my actor whilst he is acting for the camcorder.Therefore, I got similar
shots that I wouldn’t get if I had asked him to do it.
■ The computers allowed me to use different programmes to edit and create all three of
my final products to the best of my ability.

6. Social media:
■ YouTube and Google have allowed me to get a rage of style models and analyse the
conventions within each product in order to find inspiration and to help me to create
my final three products.
■ Social media such as Facebook has allowed me to create polls and ask a range of
friends for audience feedback that would help to benefit my final product.

7. Overall:
Media technologies have played a big role in creating my final
three products, and the usefulness of having access to a wide
range of products has helped to create the best product I can.
