2. Elevator Pitch: What is it?
• My CKN is an effort to identify issues that effect
women that are often seen as taboo and bridge
this gap in the knowledge network by empowering
others to start a conversation. In order to engage
participants and create a comfortable environment
for discussion however, I will also cover light-hearted,
everyday issues that also effect women
and are already being openly talked about. I want
my CKN to be open to both males and females to
further encourage a community that embraces
gender equality and a diversity of opinion.
