1860 in order to demolish 100% of the
existing main structure and all accessory
structures.

structures.

 Existing 2,293 sq. ft. home was built in 1912
 Staff has reviewed the property and has not
found any evidence that the home was built
by a noted architect or has any major
historical significance

ARB RECOMMENDATION
 Considered the demolition request on
Nov. 7, 2017.
 Found no significance in the existing
structure and approved the request as
presented.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
 Postcards were mailed to property owners
within a 200-foot radius of the property,
appropriate notice was posted on the City
website and a sign was posted on the
property.
