A Kennel’s Goods and ServicesAdorable Pooches Palace is a local Evansville Kennel. Teachers can search for a local kennel that has a website for students in their classroom.  Explain that many businesses will offer both goods and services.Have students look at the website for Adorable Pooches Palace and make a list of the goods and services offered.Make a combined list on the board as a class.
What other local businesses offer goods and services?Put students into small groups. The teacher should collect local businesses’ brochures about their goods and services. Collect a variety of types of businesses such as lawn care, house cleaning, etc.Have students work together in their groups to analyze the brochures and make a list of goods the business offers and services the business offers.
