  6. 6. 3 Core Roles in the Scrum Framework • Product Owner • Communication is a main function • Ensuring the team delivers value to the business  KPI. • Convey & negotiates: priorities-scope-funding-schedules. • Empathize the team members and stakeholders • Product backlog, milestones review • Defines & announces release • Demonstrate product to key stakeholders (sprint review) • DevelopmentTeam • Task: Analyse, design, develop, test, document, deploy. • Scrum Master • Act as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences • Ensures team follow scrum process, facilitates daily scrum meeting, encourage team to continually look for ways to improve.
