2. MOOD BOARD ANALYSIS.
As the plot of our movie sequence is based on a child’s parents that have been
murdered, the child wants to seek vengeance on her parents killers.
The mood board reflects the characteristics of our movie sequence.
‘Bitter Sweet Revenge’ – this sums up the mood board as the main plot of the
movie sequence is based on this. The image gives a really expressive
representation as the sequence is based on revenge and getting even with the
person of whom killed her parents.

The family image portrays what life was like before the child's parents had
been murdered. This portrays the tight relationship and they were a close knit
family. Also this of how much of a negative effect the killing of her parents
had on her, this enabling the character to seek more vengeance on her parents
killers, as they took something precious away from her.

As revenge is the key concept in the movie sequence. This is due to
the child seeking vengeance on the killers. This the message on the
email executes how determined the child is willing to cause death to
her parents killers so she will get even with them too.

This symbolises the main objectives of which is likely to be
used during the movie sequence. As determined that the child
will be using a weapon either a knife or a gun in our to kill her
parets killers as she has been badly effected on happened
leading to this conclusion of what she is seeking to do.

print just off centre of it. The image shows the blood and
gore that would be portrayed during our opening sequence.
Enabling our idea to be represented and interesting to keep
the audience alert, wanting to continue to watch.

7. CODES AND CONVENTIONS.
In our movie sequence the codes and conventions that we are going to use are
the use of low lighting in order to give an eerie effect and to create suspense
and tension.
Another use of codes and conventions that will initially be used in our movie
sequence is the use of quick cuts enabling the audience to be alert and
interested in the film. This also creates a feel of not knowing what is going to
happen next.
