COMMUNICATION?

which we use words

transmit data. It can
also be in written
form.
 EXAMPLE:
 Business meetings.

conversation.

3. TYPES OF VERBAL
COMMUNICATION:
 There are two types
of verbal
communication.
 ORAL
COMMUNICATON.
AND
 WRITTEN
COMMUNICATION.

4. ORAL COMMUNICATION:
 It is a process of
communication in which
we communicate
through spoken words.
With the help of this we
can presents our
thoughts, ideas and we
can share informaton.
 EXAMPLE;
 Conversation between
friends and family.
 present something in front
of people.

5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION:
 A medium of
communication that
entails the written
words.
 The forms of this
communication are
emails, letters, reports,
manuals and etc.
 EXAMPLES:
 If you apply for job in
any company you
need to send resume
to them. So resume is
the example of written
communication.

6. ADVANTAGES AND
DISADVANTAGES OF VERBAL
COMMUNCATION:
 It does not consume
much time.
 In this communication
the chances of
confusion rarely take
place.
 It is time saving way
of communication.
 It is flexible and
effective for all.
 Due to different speech
tones it gets difficult for
some people to
understand your speech.
 This communication is
not suitable for lengthy
topics.
 Emotions are visible so
sometimes it leads to
trouble in certain cases.
 It does not provide
