Position: Order Management specialist 3
Key Deliverables:
• Manage order tracking (order to cash) and opportunity creation in Siebel and Sales Force.
• Drafting new standard contracts, renewals, order forms and get that signed from client.
• Processing & Validating the Quotes as per customer signed agreement.
• Reconciliation of Invoices and resolving Billing Issues raised by customers.
• Ensure new customer locations are set up and verify completion Ensuring adherence to SLA's in terms of
Productivity and Quality.
• Processing of orders within Siebel system and updating of all relevant fields to ensure accurate hand-offs to
supporting organizations ensuring accurate customer entitlement.
• Ensures all approvals and signatures are in place prior to order booking.
• Manage pending orders and release them for billing appropriately
• Conducting meetings with operation managers for status update on process developments.
• Collaborate with and support locally based Order Management Specialist in the regional COMCs in APAC, EMEA
and RAM as appropriate for the role.
• Conducting monthly/weekly conference calls with clients and out stakeholders.
• Managing and reviewing customer database.
• Assisting credit management team in issuing credits, checking customer profile, invoice corrections, cosmetic
reprint etc.
• Possess a good working knowledge of systems and processes and compliance with company policies.
