Technician: Provided technical assistance to customer who were experiencing problems
with desktop or laptop tickets requests. Providing advice to help end users navigate them
around technology issues, with desktop or web based program they needed to perform in the
enterprise management duties. Ensured that between 20-75 tickets request were followed
up with the customer on a weekly basis to make sure there were no new or existing
problems with their desktop or laptop support. Installs solutions and upgrades to ensure
availability, integrity, efficiency, and reliability of all components of the assigned system.
Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound
judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
Duties:
 Checking customer tickets request by phone or by internet request.
 Contact customer to check that the any technology problem(s) are solve and close the tickets

compliance with customer request. Runs tests to verify operability and functionality;
analyzes hardware and software malfunctions to resolve physical and logical processing
