Working alongside 1 HR Officer and reporting to the Head of HR. Providing HR and
training support to 5 sites across the UK employing 450 staff and 250 seasonal
staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support, best practice advice and guidance in the following areas: -
o Application and interpretation of Company HR policies and procedures

Diversity awareness - 2014
Designed the content and delivered short sessions to small groups of 6-15 staff
across all the sites covering key topics relating to diversity at work awareness in
line with the Dignity at work policy.
Behavioural competencies – Contact Centre - 2013
Supported and worked alongside Department Manager and Senior level manager
to create behavioural competencies supporting the Company values as part of
performance management in Contact Centres.
One to one discussions/end of year review/career discussions – 2010
Working with the Head of HR contributed to drafting guidance documents, process
charts and devising forms to roll out and implement new standards for managers
in conducting performance reviews with individuals in their teams. Carried out a
follow up review exercise to evaluate success.
Graduate mentoring programme - 2009
Created guidance notes to mentors and learning log documents
Managers’ Handbook - 2009
Created a practical guide for managers covering aspects of people management –
particularly handling disciplinary matters, carrying out investigations, absence

management and then line management in 2009 –designed and delivered training
