SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
· Achieved a 100 % compliance to legal requirements and conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001
& OHSAS 18001 surveillance audit conducted for the production department for 2015/16 crop
season.
· Established an internal audit schedule for agricultural production department consisting of 4
estates which is approximately 22,000 hectares & successfully conducted the audits as per
schedule.
· Coordinated the review of a continuous risk assessment for the agricultural production

· Facilitated the development of the ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 annual objectives and
targets for agricultural production department.

Parks and Sanitation Section at Property Services Department.
· Working under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines in writing weekly, monthly and
adhoc reports when being a Supervisor, Foreman and Team Leader.

when being a Team Leader and Foreman.
· As a Team Leader at Section 05 (Mlaula Estate) contributed significantly in controlling smut
budget from E 400 000 of 2009/2010 crop season to E 100 000 of 2010/2011 (75% savings)
crop season; significantly improved quality standards on pest control as infestation percentage
averagely became lower than 01 yet my area was dominated with NCo 376 variety.
· Also as a Team Leader I significantly contributed in the increase of yields above expected
budget by 02.5% in 2010/2011 season.
· Dealing with suppliers and partners both at Agriculture Production, Section 05 and at Property
Services.
· Developing, coaching and mentoring of people at work.
