Handling high volume calls in customer service department for new/existing
customers that book car transportation service. These customers book reservations
locally and in other states. I handle reservations for affiliates that send trips for
customers arriving in from other states that are traveling into Charlotte and
surrounding areas. I handle high volume calls during all special events that occur
locally and in surrounding areas of NC. Handling customer complaints by phone and
email in regards to service of their reservations. Reviewing reservation details for
