2. Vortex Layer Device
What is Vortex Layer Device or AVS unit?
The AVS is an electromagnetic system with ferromagnetic
elements designed to intensify various physical and chemical
prosesses.
The processes are intensified by mixing and dispersion of
components, acoustic and electromagnetic influence, high
local pressures and electrolysis.
The units can be efficiently used in many industries:
construction, chemical, machine building, food production,
mining, agricultural, etc.
How it works?
The unit operates on the principle of transforming the energy
of electomagnetic field into other forms of energy.
The main components of vortex layer electromagnetic units
are: an inductor of a rotating electromagnetic field with a cooling
system, connected to three phase 480/240V 60Hz power
supply, and a chamber with ferromagnetic elements.
The rotating electromagnetic field causes the ferromagnetic
elements in the work zone to move and create the so called
“vortex layer”.
Drilling Fluid Production with AVS-150
To make the emulsion, we used a carbon based substance

(diesel with the density of 835 kg/m (52 lb/ft )), water and the
following concentrations of other components per one cubic
meter (264 gallons): 20 liters (5.3 gallons) of Emulta emulsifier, 12
kilograms (26.5 lbs) of limestine and 90 kilograms (198 lbs) of
salt rock.

change in wind turbine gearboxes (draining old oil, flushing the
gearbox and filling it with new oil). The equipment is designed for
rapid servicing of the wind equipment oil system even on the
offshore platforms. The units are versatile and can service wind
turbines by various manufacturers.
4. The GlobeCore Clean Marine unit is designed for purification
and degassing of electric insulation oils on sea-faring vessels,
off-shore platforms and wind-farms, in ship-works and wharfs.
Water and ex-proof design allows to employ the unit in locations
with high humidity, on open decks or in environments where
flammable materials or explosive dust may form. CleanMarine is
a rugged heavy duty machine: high humidity, salt water and
other adverse factors are irrelevant.
The unit is compact and simple both in operation and in
servicing.
The use of GlobeCore products in maritime applications allows
restoring the performance parameters of electrical insulation oil
(transformer and ester oils like FR3), extending its lifetime and
improving transformer reliability.
