2. Introduction
LGBT, or GLBT, is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. In
use since the 1990s, the term is an adaptation of the initialism LGB, which was used to
replace the term gay in reference to the LGBT community beginning in the mid-to-late
1980s. Activists believed that the term gay community did not accurately represent all
those to whom it referred
A lesbian is a female homosexual : a female who experiences romantic love or sexual
attraction to other females
Gay is a term that primarily refers to a homosexual person or the trait of being
homosexual
Bisexuality is romantic attraction, sexual attraction, or sexual behavior toward both males
and females or romantic or sexual attraction to people of any sex or gender identity; this
latter aspect is sometimes alternatively termed pan sexuality
Transgender people are people who have a gender identity or gender expression that
differs from their assigned. Transgender people are sometimes called transsexual if they
desire medical assistance to transition from one sex to another
3. Biological Definition
All the evidence that we have point to there being a biological influence on the
development of the brain area. And by inference on development of the behavior.
There has been some research on rearing
The brain that helps regulate sexuality — the hypothalamus – reacted the exact
same way in straight women and gay men when exposed to male pheromones, which are
chemicals designed to provoke a behavior, such as sexual arousal. The same area of the
brain only became stimulated in heterosexual men when introduced to female pheromones
Generally these [biological studies] point to the idea that what’s going on differently
between gay and straight people is something in their brain when first descending
itself before birth

6. Conflict in Law
LGBT communities have an important stake in legal injustice issues. Specific
groups
within the LGBT community are disproportionately affected by violence and
discrimination, sometimes at the
hands of law enforcement official . Under section 377 of IPC scope of unnatural
offences is an ambiguous because there is no clear distinction between consenting
and coercive sex, against the order of nature etc.

Transgender , these community have their own rights in society as
all the human creature have the same . Based on some conditions the
LGBT communities can not act as a normal citizens . The Problem
is not by the them itself . It is by some type of hormonal variations
and environmental conditions . Due to these reasons they facing a
lot problems form the society . Against this discriminations so many
movement and reformations started and working for them yet . So in
my concept they are not disabled but all of them are differently
