(INTRODUCTION)
 In Vedic period women education was in a good and
respectful state whereas in Muslim period.
 The condition of women education was in worst
condition.
 In 1986, National policy of education were most
focused for women education.
 In (2004-05) KBY was approved by MHRD.
Contd…..
 Later on much more emphasized given to girls
who lived in Residential plots.
SCOPE OF KGY
 This concept is mostly focused on educationally
backward blocks.
 Were St,s, Sc,s, Obc, Minority, Low class.
 Girls education ratio is less.
 No facilities for providing movement.
 In these schools 75% Sc, St, physically handicapped ,
Backward people, Illiterate.
 25% of student belongs to any cost.
FACILITIES PROVIDED TO GIRLS
IN KGBY
 Educational items.
 Sports items.
 Scholarship , Sleeping items.
 Health related facilities, Safety facilities.
EVALUATION OF KGBV
 Within (10yr) there are (3609) schools are opened and
all are approved by Govt authorities.
 Out of which (3593) schools are still running.
 In every school free and compulsory education.
 Hostel facility, Food, Clothes and Books etc facilities
are provided.
 Till session (2014-15) the number of girls enrolled in
these schools are (3,52389).

  • 2. (INTRODUCTION)  In Vedic period women education was in a good and respectful state whereas in Muslim period.  The condition of women education was in worst condition.  In 1986, National policy of education were most focused for women education.  In (2004-05) KBY was approved by MHRD.
  • 3. Contd…..  Later on much more emphasized given to girls who lived in Residential plots.
  • 4. SCOPE OF KGY  This concept is mostly focused on educationally backward blocks.  Were St,s, Sc,s, Obc, Minority, Low class.  Girls education ratio is less.  No facilities for providing movement.  In these schools 75% Sc, St, physically handicapped , Backward people, Illiterate.  25% of student belongs to any cost.
  • 5. FACILITIES PROVIDED TO GIRLS IN KGBY  Educational items.  Sports items.  Scholarship , Sleeping items.  Health related facilities, Safety facilities.
  • 6. EVALUATION OF KGBV  Within (10yr) there are (3609) schools are opened and all are approved by Govt authorities.  Out of which (3593) schools are still running.  In every school free and compulsory education.  Hostel facility, Food, Clothes and Books etc facilities are provided.  Till session (2014-15) the number of girls enrolled in these schools are (3,52389).
