4. 1. Hospital premises to be kept clean by 8 am in the Morning.
2. Public Areas to be kept Spic and Span ( Corridors , Ramps , Fire Exits and Floors)
3. OPD Doctors Rooms has be cleaned in the Night / Opened in the Morning.
4. All Dustbins visible in the Public area to be cleaned.
5. All public washroom to be cleaned and sanitized.
6. Operation theatre to be sanitized and kept clean.
7. All ICU to be kept dusting, washing, cleaning.
8. All IP wards along with general wards to be washed and sanitized daily.
9. All maintenance works like Tube light, Fan, water tap to be checked daily if any
defect to rectify immediately.

6. • CLEAN SEAL – Upon Discharge of a patient room ,
ward the Attendant does the procedure of cleaning /
Sanitizing/disinfecting as per the standard operating
procedure steps , the Room is then inspected with a
checklist tool , Room is sealed with Apollo Clean Seal
Sticker on the Door Post and Locked for new arrival.
Especially in the Covid 19 period to make patients
Happy.
7. The Maintenance check
• The maintenance check should happen everyday by
Engineering team for the all areas like Public
washroom,Doctors cabin,OTs and IP Rooms. This will
enhance the area up keep in terms of No defects.
• Planned Preventive Maintenance, which is also
called planned maintenance or scheduled
maintenance. PPM maintenance is carried out on an
asset (like Rooms,ICU,OT’s) on a regular basis.
