The last few weeks have seen each of us deal with an
unprecedented challenge as individuals, organization and as a
society. And through this crisis, each of you have stepped up to the
challenge and have gone above and beyond in ensuring flawless
operations for our customers.
As we emerge out of the Lockdown now, it is important that we
not only continue our focus on operational excellence but that we
also become more aware of the health and safety conditions
around us. Each of us should lead by example in ensuring we
deliver well for our clients and we protect each others’ health.
I request each of you to go through this document to understand
the role we play in restarting our normal operations along with the
Health and Wellness journey for the organization.
Regards,
