The	Leadership	Pipeline	CommunicaEon	Leadership	Training	Programme	developed	by	Vibeke	Hartkorn,	is	
based	on	high	impact	professional	studies	and	internaEonal	research,	as	well	as	methods	developed	in	co-	
creaEon	with	many	of	Vibeke	Hartkorn	CommunicaEon´s	corporate	clients.	
The	training	programme	states	5	leadership	levels:	Leading	Others,	Leading	Leaders,	FuncEonal	Leaders,	
ExecuEve	level	and	Chairman	of	the	Board.	Suited	for	companies	which	are	developing	leaders	within	the	
Leadership	Pipeline	architecture,	or	building	their	own	leadership	programme,	focus	is:	which	communicaEon	
skills	to	develop,	and	which	communicaEon	and	dialogue	methods	to	bring	to	the	various	situaEons	of	your	
leadership	role.

FROM	JOURNALIST	TO	CORPORATE	COMMUNICATION		
Vibeke	Hartkorn	is	journalist	turned	strategic	communicaEon	advisor,	and	her	
career	as	an	editor,	producer	and	journalist	in	the	media	business	spans	16	
years,	resulEng	in	the	posiEon	as	an	award-winning	naEonal	news	anchor	afor	
the	Danish	BroadcasEng	CorporaEon	(DR).		
Since	founding	her	internaEonal	communicaEon	agency	in	2007	delivering	
strategic	communicaEon,	organizaEonal	development	and	execuEve	
communicaEon	training,	Vibeke	Hartkorn	has	developed	new	skills	as	an	
execuEve	coach,	completed	ExecuEve	Board	programmes,	and	in	the	US	
trained	corporate	communicaEon	skills	and	relaEonship	methods.		
Vibeke	Hartkorn	has	for	10	years	coached,	advised	and	delivered	strategies	
for	several	hundred	execuEve	leaders	in	Denmark	and	internaEonally	e.g.	
Coca	Cola,	Radioemeter,	Carlsberg,	Novo	and	Grundfos.	
External	lecturer	at	Danish	UniversiEes	RUC	and	KU	in	Global	CommunicaEon,
