Job Profile :-
There are five sections in the Utility Maintenance department. (1)-HVAC, (2)-FIRE TUBE BOILER,(3)- AIR
COMPRESSOR,(4)-WATER TREATMENT PLANT and SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, DG SET. Responsible handling
Preventive, corrective maintenance and operation as per the schedule according to ISO 2000 Standard of all
sections. I have experience of GEAR BOX ,HYDRAULIC, PNEUMATIC SYSTEM and ENGINEERING WORKS.
(a)-HVAC(O/M)-Experience in handling Ammonia Industrial cooling Plants with FRICK ROTARY COMPRESSORS 300 tons capacity
and SABORE ROTARY COMPRESSOR -380 tons capacity and RECIPROCATING,OPEN TYPE,HERMATIC,SEMI HERMATIC,CENTRIFUGAL,SCROLL
COMPRESSORS. Service and maintenance of INDUCED DRAFT COOLING TOWER,NATURAL AIR COOLED,FAN FORCED,SHELL AND TUBE
WATER COOLED,SHELL AND COIL WATER COOLED-Attend and participate in the staff meting related , activities and classes to
increase knowledge .Trouble shooting ,maintenance and commissioning job of reciprocating ,screw and centrifugal chiller
packages and DXU system operating with micro tech control and associated cooling equipment like AHU,FCU,CCU,PUMPS.
CONDENSERS,EVAPORATORS, XPANSION VALVE,SOLENOID VALVE.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any given moment. Demonstrated history of successfully providing building
equipment and engineering, while providing high-quality guidance to both building management as well as facilitating efficient
project operations. Directly operate and monitor all A/C unit’s throughout all 4 Scholastic buildings. Implement a routine P.M
program for equipment. Installation of new electrical lines110/115- 120V/230-240V single and three phase. Perform Hot/Cold
calls, P/M on all packaged A/C units, and address and resolve outstanding problems associated with packaged A/C units.
Replace belts and motor’s in cooling towers, and perform annual P.M on cooling towers. Trouble shoot all mechanical
problems with building equipment, and perform preventive maintenance on motors/pumps. Change filter’s on air handlers
,Repair/ replace repack seals on pumps. Trouble shoot problems with HVAC systems. Chemical Treatment of Cooling
Towers and perform P.M. Check ph., alkalinity, chlorine and free chlorine level in swimming pool, and identify proper dosages
to properly keep pool water chemically balanced, while determining proper amount of make-up water need to keep pool
water level. Hydrostatically test fire extinguisher cylinders to required stress levels. Recharge various types of fire
extinguishers. Perform monthly inventory on parts and chemicals. Replace motors or belts in exhaust /make-up air. Receive
service calls, troubleshoot faulty equipment .Problem solver, strong work ethic and cleaning work place. Field check
job with installers to ensuring correct project execution with maximum efficiency. Assigning tasks to technician.

(b)-BOILER(O/M)-Experience in the heating side I handle cleaver Brooks, loose Fire Tube Steam Boilers 6x9 tons capacity and
115 degree Celsius superheated ,And preventive and corrective maintenance and service of SAEFTY VALVE,STEAM STOP
VALVE,BLOCK COCK VALVE,SOFTENERS,FEED CHECK VALVE(NRV),WATER LEVEL INDICATOR,FEED WATER PUMP,NOZZLE SETTING .
Maintain and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries, using hand tools and power tools. Repair
insulation of pressure vessel with cement .Locate and mark reference points for columns or plates on foundation, using
master straightedge, square, transit and measuring instruments. Attach rigging and signals crane operator to lift
pressure vessel parts to specified position .Clean pressure vessel equipment, using scrapers, wire brush and cleaning
solvent. Install refractory brick and other heat resistant materials in firebox of pressure vessel .Study blueprints to
determine location, relationship and dimensions of parts, to assemble pressure vessels, such as boilers, tanks and vats
.Shape seams, joints, and irregular edges of pressure vessel sections and structural parts to attain specified fit, using
cutting torch, file, and power grinder .Repair or replace defective pressure vessel parts, using torch, jacks, caulking
hammers, power saw, threading die, and welding equipment. Inspect assembled vessels for faulty accessories and
pressure tests for leakage. Install manholes, hand holes, valves, gauges, and feed water connections in drums of water
tube boilers, using hand tools. Assisted in positioning boiler tubes as specified in boiler drums and headers. Cleaned
scale from boiler tubes, using rotary pneumatic brush equipment Mixed mortar used for laying firebrick in firebox.
Replaced and reassembled gratings, ladders, handrails, and other disassembled structures after repairs are completed
.Performed other duties as assigned.
(c)- AIR COMPRESSOR(O/M)- Handled Industrial Air Compressors Kaeser ,Atlas Scopco , Alup And Air Drier
which is used to supply air to main Dairy to control Pneumatic Valve and production Machines,
• Undertake planned and preventative maintenance of Compressed Air systems
• Perform emergency breakdown faultfinding and repair.
• Take part in machine commissioning and training activities
• Install compressors and compressed air systems
• Repair broken-down equipment under emergency call out schemes
• Complete service reports, timesheets, job sheets, recommendations neatly and submit in a timely manner in
accordance with laid down procedures
• Carry out work in such a way that there is every possibility of gaining further orders
• Complete appropriate risk assessment and method statement paperwork before commencing jobs
• Maintain good professional working relationships with all existing and new customers
• Provide feedback on any product design features causing maintenance or operational difficulties.

Experience with pumps, valves, motors and particularly electrical controls are also of interest as training is
provided. Knowledge of preparing Companys Specifications and Data Sheets for Rotating Equipment.
Pre-bid and detailed engineering of Rotating Equipment including Pumps, Compressors as well as mechanical packages
such as Air Dryers
Core Specialization in all Rotating Mechanical Equipment including, Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Rotary Gas/Air
Compressors; Metering Pumps; Blowers; Fans; Agitators etc. Knowledge of preparing Company Specifications and
Data Sheets for Rotating Equipment.
(d)-WATER PLANT(O/M)-In water treatment plant I gained experience in handling Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, DE
MINERALIZATION (DM) plant, MEMBRANCE,INDUSTRIAL WATER SOFTNER,COOLING TOWERS and different types of
pumps (SUBMERSIBLE PUMP,OIL PUMP,MULTISTAGE PUMP,DOSING PUMP,SEWAGE PUMP,CENTRIFUGAL MONOBLOCK
PUMPS. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including replacement of filters, belts, couplers grease
bearings, clean drains and cooling towers.

repair components of the water treatment plant including water takes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical
treatment equipment controls ,circulation pumps, Keep a daily log Track data using the Tap Computer Program
Prepare activity and work order reports. Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment, Maintain inventories
Ensure records are maintained Supervise and schedule the activities of the Water Plant Operator Assistant and water
sampling and testing, inspection procedures, building maintenance, basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
.water plant operation and maintenance including pumps, valves, chemical treatment system.
