Preventive, corrective maintenance and operation as per the schedule according to ISO 2000 Standard of all

(a)-HVAC(O/M)-Experience in handling Ammonia Industrial cooling Plants with FRICK ROTARY COMPRESSORS 300 tons capacity

Towers and perform P.M. Check ph., alkalinity, chlorine and free chlorine level in swimming pool, and identify proper dosages
to properly keep pool water chemically balanced, while determining proper amount of make-up water need to keep pool
water level. Hydrostatically test fire extinguisher cylinders to required stress levels. Recharge various types of fire
extinguishers. Perform monthly inventory on parts and chemicals. Replace motors or belts in exhaust /make-up air. Receive

Maintain and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries, using hand tools and power tools. Repair
insulation of pressure vessel with cement .Locate and mark reference points for columns or plates on foundation, using
master straightedge, square, transit and measuring instruments. Attach rigging and signals crane operator to lift
pressure vessel parts to specified position .Clean pressure vessel equipment, using scrapers, wire brush and cleaning
solvent. Install refractory brick and other heat resistant materials in firebox of pressure vessel .Study blueprints to
determine location, relationship and dimensions of parts, to assemble pressure vessels, such as boilers, tanks and vats
.Shape seams, joints, and irregular edges of pressure vessel sections and structural parts to attain specified fit, using
cutting torch, file, and power grinder .Repair or replace defective pressure vessel parts, using torch, jacks, caulking
hammers, power saw, threading die, and welding equipment. Inspect assembled vessels for faulty accessories and
pressure tests for leakage. Install manholes, hand holes, valves, gauges, and feed water connections in drums of water
tube boilers, using hand tools. Assisted in positioning boiler tubes as specified in boiler drums and headers. Cleaned
scale from boiler tubes, using rotary pneumatic brush equipment Mixed mortar used for laying firebrick in firebox.
Replaced and reassembled gratings, ladders, handrails, and other disassembled structures after repairs are completed
